Robin's Donuts — Restaurant in Springdale

The worst service I've ever received from a restaurant. The drive-thru wasn't busy, I was second vehicle in line and the drive-thru server asked me to pull up front and my order would be delivered to my vehicle. There was no where to park in front so waited for another vehicle to leave. After 11 mins waiting for my order, I asked my husband to go inside because the order wasn't delivered. The server told my husband they forgot to deliver the order, then gave him the bag of food that was sitting on top of the machine which was our order that had been sitting there for the past 10 mins or so. When I bit into my hashbrown I had to spit it out because it was so cold and dry and disgusting. Ontop of that, they gave me the wrong breakfast bagel. The service and food was fine. However we were shocked to see that almost all staff as well as customers felt that they didn’t have to wear a mask. Staff that served customers wore no mask! Can’t believe this is happening! The staff that did have mask wore it on their chins! We won’t be back to this establishment while this is occurring!...
