Tim Hortons certainly going downhill. This location is the one that I would go to most often but now I will never go back. There’s mistakes literally every single time that I get an order there. Today though, I ordered two sausage wraps a large pumpkin spice latte, and a bottle of water. At the window they only gave me a bottle of water and told me that my sausage wraps would be at the side door. (I worked at Tim Hortons for over five years and I know the company policy states that all the orders have to be filled at the window) so pulling cars over to deliver food to out side door is not only going to come in policy was also unsafe for the employees.
The employee brings me my breakfast wraps, asked me if I’m waiting on the sausage wraps. I say yes she has me the wraps and says have a good day and walks away. I realize that I did not get my latte when I was about halfway to my destinations Southwest Edmonton. At no time did she asked me if I have everything else, or tell me to wait for my latte.
I go back and I explain what happened and how I had to drive so far away just to turn around and come back for a latte. When i get to the speaker, two people are speaking at the same time and the second person, a male voice, speaks over the female voice, rather rudely, just telling me to hang on a second. I didn’t hear a word anybody said because they were talking over each other. I asked somebody to repeat themselves, and he told me that it was just a automated message that welcomes customers. Which is fine I have no problems with that, but your customers might not necessarily know that, so when you do it, it just sounds like you’re being a jerk to your coworker. Not how customers want to be greeted when they come to your restaurant.
Unfortunately, this Tim Hortons is just like any other where they’ve started to value time and speed over customer service.
When I get to the window I ask them if there’s anything else they can do for me, I know have the latte but I was wondering if I can get a gift card or a free visit because I had to drive so far to come back for the latte. The girl in the window looked at me last deer and headlights. Clearly they’re not empowering employees to do any sort of customer service. She told me that the manager brought the food out and that the manager is never wrong. She proceeded to argue with me about the events of what happened and how I didn’t get my latte. This whole situation is rub me the wrong way and I will never visit this...
Read moreSeems like all Tim Hortons are going down hill big time lately but I think this one takes the cake for the worst in St. Albert. Legit I come to this one 2-3 times a week when I work in the area and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. There’s some sort of issue weather it be getting over charged for something or something being made wrong or them being out of menu items constantly. Their bacon is garbage way too over cooked I asked for better bacon once because the one in my sandwich looked like it’s been sitting out in the open for a few hours and they wouldn’t give me fresh bacon. Staffs uniforms are always dirty and gross looking. I got a coffee today and they made it wrong and I tried to give back my old coffee because I didn’t want it sitting in my car and it was completely full and they said it was a health risk. Legit the persons uniform was a health risk and they were supposedly the supervisor. I know most people probably aren’t gonna source out the best Tim Hortons in the area via google reviews, but maybe a manager or owner will look at this and maybe try and not be the worst timmys...
Read moreEVERY time we visit this location, they screw something up. they will take our full order, have us pay, and then come back to tell us they don't have something that we ordered. once it is determined we need a refund, it takes them at least 5 minutes to figure out how to refund it, and mostly the time they need to call a manager to do it. 90% of the time they are out of things like chicken noodle soup or chicken, two things that you'd think they can figure out are popular and have them on hand at all times. just today this happened, ordered chicken noodle soup, paid for it and then got told it was going to be an hour for the soup to be ready so they don't have any to sell. it is the worst location of Tim hortons I have ever been to. I will not be...
