If I could give this location a 0 star I would.

I placed an order online at 6:24pm with an expected delivery time of 7:33pm, email confirmation and receipt was received. At 7:09pm, I had received an email notification that the order had been updated and will now be delivered at 8:07 pm and even updated to ready, then en-route!

It is snowing so I had expected this to be possible and waited until 8:34pm before I had called the location to ask why my order still has not been delivered after a little over 2 hours.

The first employee to answer the phone said she would check “the back” for the order, she had come back to the phone and claimed the order was missed and the driver had forgotten to take it out. She said she could have it sent out right now,(this means a driver was or is available) I had requested it to be remade so it didn’t come cold as it’s been sitting there or refund the order. She said she would ask the manager if that was possible. At this point I had requested to speak to this manager directly.

After a 5 minute wait on hold the manager finally answered the phone and instantly stated she already refunded the order and they don’t have a driver available and it was a mistake. She had 5 excuses in 30 seconds. She even said “what do you want me to do, deliver it myself” constant projection of blame with no accountability. Claiming I was yelling at her when I hadn’t even raised my voice. I couldn’t even speak as she was belligerent and rude and yelling over me the entire phone call. So I asked why I wasn’t contacted as they have my phone number. She claimed because it’s all online and there nothing they can do (even though they updated the expected delivery time) and have the entire order on file included contact information.

Stopped in tonight for dinner. Ordered the irish nachos which were fantastic. My son ordered the kids pizza with extra sauce- it had almost no sauce on it.

Me and my husband ordered a bbq chicken pizza and wings. The wings were decent, however the pizza was an absolute disappointment. The bbq chicken pizza had virtually no chicken on it, and no sauce aside from a very light drizzle. Really it was a green pepper and onion pizza. What chicken did exist were tiny little shreds of chicken. I ate one piece and waited 20 minutes hoping that our server would come ask how it was. My husband just ate because after a long day he was hungry and didn't care anymore. When the server came by to ask if we wanted a box we told her no and expressed that the pizza was pretty horrible. Manager took $6.60 off the $33 pizza that was less than half gone- a 20% discount.

Our server offered to go back and see if the manager was willing to do more but frankly the $6 was an insult- if the manager wanted to create a return customer or cared at all she would have handled it much differently.

We were also never offered the dessert for the kids meal and were charged a full seperate charge for the chocolate milk that should have been a $1 upcharge on the kids meal.

We used to come in here all the time, but stopped and tonight we forgot why that was.

Pitiful experience for a $90 bill 🤷‍♀️ There are far too many wonderful pizza places around to treat...

Pie Guys Bar and Grill on MacTurnbull drive completely dropped the ball today on their customer service. I placed an order for a pizza at 6:15pm today was told an hour delivery time, I get it Friday nights are busy not a big deal. 7:45pm rolls around and we still don’t have our pizza, I call back and get told by the same girl that its out for delivery and should be here soon. 8:30pm still no sign of our pizza, and not even so much as a phone call from the restaurant explaining the situation. So I again called back and asked yet again where my pizza was, told yet again it’s almost there, any minute now. Not before listening to the conversation between the manager and wait staff about “how I keep calling about my pizza” as if I don’t have a right to be upset? If a restaurant is too overwhelmed to handle takeout orders they should be rejecting them. We are very understanding and if they just said they were too busy we could’ve gone somewhere else, it’s the fact that we kept getting told “it’s almost there” “it’s almost there, any minute”. We’ve ordered from here before numerous times, never had a problem like this and the food has always been great but this is unacceptable for a business. We waited 3 hours total, the food never came and we still never even got as much as a phone call from the restaurant explaining what happened or that it wasn’t coming.

Ordered meatball sub extra mozzarella and well toasted was told 30-45 minutes I showed up in 11 minutes my sub was waiting in a bag on the table, got home it’s barely toasted and barely any cheese, I have had issues in past but I am there release 1-2x per week… I called and staff was not helpful at all, I am going to have to start ordering delivery from anywhere else I guess…

I’ve only ever gotten takeout but they still knock it out of the park! I Have tried the mac & cheese bites, the fries, pizza and I recommend them all! The fries are cut from fresh potatoes, not frozen. They use real chicken and bacon on their pizza. None of that weird Frankenmeat. Looking forward to trying the wings.

I’ve only ever gotten takeout but they still knock it out of the park! I Have tried the mac & cheese bites, the fries, pizza and I recommend them all! The fries are cut from fresh potatoes, not frozen. They use real chicken and bacon on their pizza. None of that weird Frankenmeat. Looking forward to trying the wings.
