Twice The Deal Pizza — Restaurant in St. Catharines

Horrible I happened to actually be in the driveway this evening. I would never ordered an pop from here again seriously. I ordered delivery from here last year and they literally sent me a pizza with just sauce, no cheese, no toppings and a burnt crust. The other pizza had toppings and no cheese like really. The wings were great I won't lie about that but when I called and complained about my pies they literally told me "that could never happen and I was just trying to get my order for free" this place I am sure has different employees (I surely hope so) but I surely won't be giving them a chance to make it right (I tried to get them to right there wrongs and they called me a liar. I talked my wife into trying this place as I absolutely loved the store in Hamilton and ordered from there at least 2 times a week well I was working in Hamilton. I really don't nor would I recommend this store to anyone EVER I actually hadn't thought about it until today when we had to pull into the driveway and I seen the store and it brought my bad feelings right back I had to give this very long and horrible review for this particular store. I hope this store has new management and employee's because I actually loved the store I Hamilton. Honestly can anyone imagine ordering a pie and getting that? Come on it had to be some disgruntled P.O.S. to do that and rip me off for money and call me a liar. I would rather have someone spit in it then have that because at least I wouldn't know instead of blatantly be spit in my face and told I am trying to get...

Had a very bad experience being a first time customer placing an online order at this location. I placed an online order at 11:22pm on Saturday and after an hour passed of not receiving the food, I decided to give the store a call to see where my food was. The person that answered the phone simply stated that it would "be there soon" and hung up. An hour and a half went by and I called the store AGAIN to inquire about where my food was. The person that answered stated that the driver had already dropped it off.. but he didn't because i did not have my food. The person on the phone then made a phone call to the driver who confirmed that he was close by.

I should also mention that this location is a 15 minute walk away from where I live... I literally could have walked there and gotten my food in less than half the time it took for the driver to deliver it to me.

The driver was very nice and apologetic and mentioned that he had been given 10+ orders all at once. It wasn't technically his fault but our food was VERY cold including the wings and pizza. The garlic bread was so cold that the cheese hardened on the bread.

Overall.. very disappointed in my order from this location and I would NOT recommend it to anyone. I will not be ordering from here...

Twice the deal is cheap, and that's about all it has going for it. The pizza tends to be quite chewy and remarkably salty, which overpowers any other taste. At least they are consistent with it, though. I have never seen a pizza from here that is burnt or anything like that. You always get what you expect, it's just what you are expecting isn't very good at all. However I can't give any guarantees of that, or anything regarding food safety. I've never gotten food poisoning from here, but at no point would I be surprised if I did, as it's health inspection records have rather well known to have been historically questionable. But even without direct illness, you probably won't feel great afterward anyway with how salty and greasy it is.

I can't speak to the quality of their non-pizza offerings, like wings, as I've never gotten them.

Ultimately Twice the Deal would be my last choice of Pizza in the area, even considering price, as with certain deals, this can even be matched or surpassed by...
