Bad Dog Corunna — Restaurant in St. Clair

Very busy place for pickups. I'm happy to see locals are supporting their neighbourhood restaurants. After fishing all afternoon we were hungry. As we don't live in Corunna we drove up to place our order and waited half hour for food. We assumed when it is take out we would have cutlery and even serviettes/napkins put into out brown paper bag stappled closed - or even asked if we need utensils and such. Arriving at our destination to eat our 3 meals two of us were wondering how to eat our meals. I didn't eat my salad as using fingers was not feasible. The veggie burger is okay but not something to go head over heals over. The chili shrimp wrap was nice. I was expecting the wrap to be spicier as it stated 'bang' shrimp, on the warm side would have been wonderful rather then on the colder side. Shrimp was succulent though. I know regular burgers are always good from previous experience. We have eaten here more then once and out of the other restaurants in this town this is...

Decided to try out Bad Dog in Corunna after the new renovation. It was 7:45pm on a Satursday night. They were moderately busy but lots of tables open. We waited at the door for 10 minutes or so before anyone acknowledged we were there despite a few of the waiting staff looking directly at us several times. It was a nice night so we asked to sit on the patio. "No problem", he said. "I'll send someone right out." We sat down at a table. There were only drink menus on the table, so we had a look at them. We waited perhaps another 20 minutes and no one ever came by to check on us let alone take a drink order or food order. We were hungry, so at that point we got up and left. Not one of the staff even noticed. The service has always been a little slow but this was absolutely brutal! Went to Burger Rebellion across the street to finally get something to eat. Bad Dog looks nice but if we can't get served or acknowledged in a reasonable amount of time, what...

I usually like Bad Dogs but the waitress we had was awful. Enough we'll never go back. Forgot my order multiple times, didn't apologize, and when my husband went and asked her for the food she didn't bring, she was inconvenienced. My husband was very polite and said "Excuse me but you forgot my wife's food" she slamed my food on the table infront of me when it came, then at the end of our meal she said to my husband "Do you want this on separate bills" My advice if you're stuck being in the service industry is "be nice!!" Upon bringing our bill and the debit, her whole attitude changed , telling us she hopes we have a good night. It looked painful for her to smile. My husband asked of I'd like to pay, (so I could hit the no tip option) I kindly passed at this point. SHE ACTUALLY PIVOTED HER BACK TO ME, forcing the same painful, this time somewhat playful smile.
