To all of my fellow Timmies lovers out there, please read.
I need your help getting Tim's to realize how many times they get orders wrong. A coffee missing creamer here and a bagel with the wrong cream cheese there may seem insignificant, but these are consistent occurrences. I'm at the point of frustration now. After many times of brushing it off I was ready to complain. I live in a different town than my local Tim Hortons. So, when I got home with missing food and unmarked drinks, I decided it was worth the drive back. When I arrived and spoke with the manager, she told me I should have checked the screen for accuracy as well as checking my items before leaving. The screen had been checked and I had assumed my order to be correct when I was handed my bag. After telling the manager this was not the only time my orders have been wrong from this location she told me they 'don't get many complaints'. I urge you to complain. If you get the wrong bagel. Tell them. If your coffee has creamer instead of milk. Complain. If you're missing a donut from your order. Let them know. I'm tired of ordering a tea and coming home with a coffee. I'm tired of ordering a coffee with 2 sweeteners and getting a black coffee. I'm tired of getting a medium cup of hot chocolate in a large size cup when I paid for a large. All of these happened to me personally, at the same Tim Horton's location, and I'm done letting it go without saying anything. Help me spread the word and let them know this needs to stop. We pay so much for our daily coffees and bagels, they owe it to us to get our...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI want to be truthful & say this is one of the worst ones in Ontario to go to. The lines are always extremely long because they are just not organized enough to figure out who to do what jobs plus they are always talking to friends that might be there etc. Try going in for a coffee at night and sit there. There are always 20+ kids there that haven't bought a single thing that may be sitting there eating Little Caesars pizza and jumping all over the tables so there's never anywhere to just sit and relax because there's nobody working there who will run them out because they are all friends with the workers. If any of them actually bought something then it would be a different story but they usually bring food from another store in to eat while charging theirs phones. They need an adult in there that'll set boundaries & kick out the ones that aren't there to buy anything. I just spent 35min in line because half of them are on break while the other half are talking to friends. Sadly I'd sooner drive 30min into town to buy a coffee than go to the one in Corunna. The owner needs to put his foot down & make some changes....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSeveral months ago I would walk down once or twice a week and would sometimes buy my parter a creamy chocolate chill. On one occasion they asked me if I wanted it with chocolate milk or not. I told them I have no idea as I don't drink them and I have no idea how they're made. So they told me they messed up and I could bring two home- one with the chocolate milk and the other without. Continued buying them over the next several months but we always wondered if they were actually being made right simply because of the bad experiences we have had at this place. Last week for the first time we got one of these creamy chills from a Timmies in Sarnia. My partner took one sip and his eyes widened as it was the best one he's ever had. All the others were bought from this location only which means every.single.time they were made incorrectly. They also never have anything fresh, barely any selection and employees are super rude when you have to repeat your simple order to them 3+ times. Absolute worst Tim Hortons in all of...
