Let me first say I'm glad the community has an Asian option in dining choices. This restaurant however is trying to be too many things at once. They have an identity crisis. Just outside is a prominent sign indicating they offer Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Canadian cuisine. The layout of the restaurant is quite unusual where many levels are apparent. The restaurant is large but still too small or poorly organised and you see boxes of supplies stacked in plane sight. The food was ok but the ribs were reheated and tough to chew yet flavorful. The Chop Suey had huge chunks of Bok Choy but I just assumed it was the chef's style of food preparation. I read some reviews that highly recommended the egg rolls. I was let down a bit when I saw they were the prepared frozen kind. The plum sauce served with them was a very unnatural color and served in one of those paper mouthwash cups. After all this I still did enjoy the meal and was glad I tried the offerings.

Unexpectedly delicious! Highly recommend the lemongrass beef — wow so flavourful! We also liked the eggrolls and chicken chow mein noodles— the spring rolls were also a highlight. Service was great, fast and food stayed piping hot until we got home (25 min drive). We ordered general tsao chicken as well but would not recommend— ketchup-y sauce with no heat, and chicken was in strange long ‘strings’ rather than chunks. But this was a small blip on an otherwise very nice meal. We will be back— especially for that lemongrass beef!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered chicken lo mein noodles. They were cold and slimy. Called and was told to return for a refund and when my daughter tried to return the noodles she was told to bad. I tried calling and explaining that I had talked to a guy on the phone and was told to return for a refund. Nope, it's your fault you don't like them. I had taken 3 bites.

As Canada new immigrants, we’d like to adapt our food to Canadian culture, we’d also like to add more flavor to Canadian food. We are trying to be creative to adopt Canadian recipes and food materials into our Kitchen, and at the same time to be able to serve some authentic Chinese dishes to give our customers different...

Staff was friendly and we had hopes based on the aromas coming from the takeout bag, but were rather disappointed. Portions were small. Prices were high. Anything that wasn't straight-up lousy was underwhelming. Bland food, lots of filler in some of the main dishes (celery/onions). Soup had almost no flavour. Sweet and sour sauce was watery. Just a really disappointing experience, particularly as it was an expensive meal we drove 30 minutes each way to get. We picked up our order early (just before 5:pm) and the restaurant was empty and food was all prepared over the 30 minutes we waited, so I suspect what we got was the norm, rather than being a product of a...
