Tim Hortons — Restaurant in St. Thomas

A manager that is incapable of ordering an appropriate amount of stock. How are you constantly running out of items that are main menu items? Has the owner not taught the manager how to appropriate manage stock levels?

I know customers don’t like how basically everything comes frozen and the store just throws it in the oven, BUT that is corporates way of not only cutting costs, but also in making sure the store always have available what customers want. Yet somehow these stores are now far worse at keeping stocked of items than they were 20 years ago when everything was fresh baked.

The only reason this store is surviving is purely because it’s a nationally recognized chain. Independent businesses with this kind of poor service...

The worst ...first ask for a old fashion plain donut ,waited for it for a few minutes no one came back to the window so proceeded to speak through the window finally got a response....they didn't have the donut ok so then asked for a everything bagel toasted with butter ....hahaha...got the bagel ...not toasted butter wasn't even melted and not cut in half,so drove around to the drive through again returned the bagel and for it to be done correctly lol ( NOT!!!) Oh they did cut in half this time but still not toasted and butter overdose again not melted ....not even an apology (WTH)....RUDE....I could maybe understand the service if they were busy but I was the only the there ... lost my business and...

called the other day and asked when they opened the store up for people to eat inside and i was told 6 a.m. 6:30 a.m i walked there and the doors were locked and they weren’t open for dine in. this has to be the worst timmies in town hands down. haven’t had 1 good experience there.//// (update) went again today and asked for a bacon breakfast on the biscuit and i actually got what i ordered for once but the bacon was so undercooked it might as well have been breathing. i’m sick of this timmies never getting anything right so i will not be returning there on my own will. the one on talbot is much better, i’ve never had a problem there so that’s where i’ll be getting my timmies...
