Domino Pizza House — Restaurant in Stephenville

Thia place used to be among the best in Canada...recently in the past year or two the service and quality/quantity has greatly diminished.

I have had multiple orders very burned, over-cooked or worse not prepared when I arrived to pick them up. No discounts or free items offered only the fact that they could start cooking the item or remaking the item when you show up with burned food or they forget your food altogether.

Although the staff are sorry, many of us travel far and are not going to return $20 worth of food.

Start posting your pictures since the manager seemed to be incompatible with criticism and only offered a refund for a small and burned item when it was returned. I explained to management that a picture should be sufficient evidence of a burned or incorrectly prepared item and they should keep lists of customers that they own refunds or replacement food to and also work on avoiding these preventable situations. No one is driving back in a snowstorm or an hour from where they live to return an item. Get real, it's 2020.

My husband is from Stephenville and always raved about Dominoes pizza. When I finally got to try it, I had to agree! The pizza is like nothing I've ever tasted from the local pizza shops in Nova Scotia. The crust is so different. Toppings are awesome. For the past 20 years, anytime anyone we know goes to that area, we ask them to bring us home some pizzas! The subs are super yummy on the homemade sub buns and the soup delishes too! Warm, friendly, good smelling and cheerful are words to describe the atmosphere and staff at this lovely spot. First time here from being from Ontario, but absolute gem of a place. Felt warmly welcomed it, ordered the spaghetti special, and got a little history on this place.
