The absolute worst! Friendly waitress was the only good thing about this place. When we visited it was NOT busy. The food arrived cold! Took a cut into a sweet & sour chicken ball ... Virtually no chicken...a tiny piece of fat...all batter! Disgusting! Tried a second one...same thing! I did not eat a bite. Oh & get this...waitress talked to owner who offered to make up for the disgusting microscopic pieces of fat that was passed off as chicken...I declined & said that I was not paying one cent for that garbage! We had tap water with ice & a slice of lemon...we saw an elderly Chinese woman come out and look at us. I complained that we were even asked to pay for a bloody piece of 🍋 lemon so the waitress went back to the owner then came to us & said ok you don't have to pay for the lemon! Good grief!!! We cannot believe that they have the rating they have...they should have the lowest rating possible which...

Cashier older woman was unwelcoming Rude and even argued with me when I asked for chow mein with small noodles and extra sprouts she raised her voice and said a few times THAT IS NOT chow mein . The few people in the store stared . I’m sorry mam but I’ve had Chinese food in various provinces and YES THAT IS chow mein Could have been a lot more polite and friendly for sure . Atmosphere was dark and uncomfortable feeling not welcoming at all and the prices were high and the quality of food not very good seemed very cheap looking . We went across the street instead to Hong Kong restaurant and the service was wonderful Friendly Welcoming place and food was delicious and...

Food has gone down hill with the new owners. Asked for plain fried rice with my order which traditionally has been rice with soya sauce but was given mushy plain rice that was terrible. The chicken balls were overcooked and dry and was 80% batter that tasted off. I could not eat more than half of my platter even with the clearly shrunken portion sizes. Sadly after supporting the business for 20 years I won’t...
