Summerland Smoke Shack — Restaurant in Summerland

Great service, great food, brisket was great, pulled pork was dry we did eat in the afternoon so that probably was it nice flavor though, drinks were great and also the fries, nice sauces to go along with it. Only thing that we felt was lacking was the Mac and cheese, maybe not enough cheese? The noodles were good just was lacking, maybe some herbs or black pepper if they are going for a light style Mac and cheese. But I should hate myself after Mac and cheese so maybe throw some brisket or pork drippings in, just was lacking depth...
