Blenz Coffee.

This lovely coffee shop offers plenty of delicious coffee, all kinds of Tea, And pastries.

My favorite: turmeric tea.

Everything is prepared with love here.

The team members always make sure they provide the customers an excellent service.

And, when there is an small mishap... they are quick to smile attend to it, and move forward.

They work hard, and while they do so , they make sure to have a good time. It is nice to see that!

During Covid times:

The floor is properly mark with arrows for the customer to be guided to order their food and for the customer to be in compliance with the safety health guidelines requested by the authorities.

The place is kept very clean and organized.

There is a wheelchair accessible parking spot right in front of the coffee shop.

Lack lustre customer service and mediocre beverages. I’m at the pool 3 nights a week and rarely order from this blenz, each time I do I regret it. I had one good experience with a latte. Today I ordered a chai latte with light foam, the guy made a chai latte full foam. It was also very flavourless, like they are trying to save cost by not using enough chai. When I said it was flavourless and too much foam the barista tried pouring cold chai syrup into my cup. I had to stop him and request it be warmed. It ended up only a bit better, I didn’t want to “bother” him for a remake as he already seemed miffed. P.S. dirty rag used to...

Gave 2 stars because the drinks were bad, but the service was alright.

I ordered a small milk chocolate mocha and a medium milk chocolate mocha. They hardly contained any mocha. The coffee tasted like cardboard. We also didn't get any whipped cream on top. I had to toss mine away because I wasn't going to drive all the way back from my place in ocean park to Grandview Heights aquatic centre.

Please don't be cheap with ingredients when people are paying $6 to $7...
