Edgewood Park — Attraction in Surrey

New playground on the block! Yes, you heard it right, they just opened 2 months ago. Heard about this park from one of the mom and we decided to give it a try. It is located near 168 St and 22 Ave. Park is a little tricky to find but its on the other side of the small hill. Both small and big kids will enjoy this playground as they have new and modern playground sets. Only downside is there's no shades, they just planted small trees so if you are planning to be there for a few hrs be sure to bring an umbrella or a tent specially on a very sunny day. Basketball court is also available. Not sure if they have washrooms. Street parking...

The park has a different idea compare to some of the parks in Surrey. It has hills and the slide is exciting for the kids. Additional attraction is the zip line which big kids really enjoy playing with. There is a view when you are on the higher grounds where the swings are. If there is one piece of criticism, I would say that there was no washroom that you could see around. But there is always rooms for improvement and I'm looking forward on it. Hey this park/field has a lot of potential but at this point (Sept 2023) there's some work to do to get there. It's located in a nice residential area (new development). The park itself is still incomplete but the playground, multisport court, and soccer field is already in use. Once washrooms, fencing, and a proper parking area gets finalized this could be a family...
