Booster Juice — Restaurant in Surrey

I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order on Skip The Dishes, and my order was rejected twice. So I ordered for a THIRD time, and it just sat for 10 minutes waiting for confirmation from the restaurant. I called them and a very rude woman answered the phone. I asked her to check on my order and she didn't ask for my name or confirmation number she just said "Ok, let me look" and abruptly hung up the phone. Right after that my order was rejected AGAIN, for the third time. I tried to call again and it went to voicemail where it said the inbox was full. I tried again, and someone picked up the phone and left it off the hook and would not answer me. I finally got through after multiple attempts and someone different told me that Skip The Dishes was not working, and hadn't been working for the past 1.5 months. I come to this rec center often. I wanted to try the booster juice at this location. Unfortunately, the customer service is not satisfying. The lady instsisted on the manu available and not be able / accepts a minor change. Simply, I asked to replace the apple with beet pieces!! . Response to the owner : so please do not say we can " customize ". In addition , I was ok to add carrot, but later the lady said , I need to add also fruit!! ( beside adding carrots) . Service and drink was really bad. I always order the same drink at every location. However, when I received my drink this time, it tasted very off. When I kindly ask if she could remake it again, she was adamant that she made it correctly. When I inquired again, they claim that their machines were broken. If it was broken, why didn't they inform the customer in the first place. They didn't offer to make different drink or even provide refund. I had to trash the 7$ smoothie....
