Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Sussex

3 times in a row i show up to order timmies mini meal,with wedges,no wedges. Not for the mini meals they said,as i watched them dishing them up for the drive thru window. Not the only times just 3 bloody times in a row!!!! C'mon!!!showed up during lunch rush.had to wait for like almost 15 only to have to leave.oh well !! Mcdonalds probably appreciates your dropping of the ball, 3 TIMES IN A ROW!!. And to add insult to injury i watched them serving wedges to the drive thru window . Oh right ,i already mentioned that. My question is 2 fold. Why do you advertise something on your menu that you do not have,for a total of 5 times of which 3 of them were IN A ROW!?And secondly why are people at the drive thru given different menu options than walk in cutomers? I will only be back if my grandchildren will not be swayed. Which is not usually a hard sell when mc donalds is the altenative. Besides i like their coffe better anyway. And its only a buck right now. I know my business is infintisimally small. But your not likely to get get my pennies anyway. If you do it will be begrudgingly given. We been together along time tim, but i am afraid we are finally through....

No variety. But the doughnuts were fresh Big no!no! Most customers were not wearing masks even when they weren't eating. It reminded me of a pub minus the alcohol. Plus the very small ramp that they had for the handicapped was blocked by cars A gentleman was kind enough to help me down there was no way I could get my chair up or down Plus the boxes were large and clumsy, I nearly lost them all. Also get rid of the christmas boxes. Christmas is OVER Try shooting for Valentine's very DISAPPOINTING I got a bunch of gift cards for Christmas I don't know what to do with them give them away I Guess

Tim Hortons is never going to be Michelin Starred, it wasn't ever meant to try, it's all about straight forward munch on the move and reliably drinkable coffee.

Even so, individual franchises do vary but the TH in Sussex is up there in the TH firmament not least because it is up to date, clean with very fast, friendly, and in the case of my last visit, very witty service.

That a youthful young server made everyone in the queue (and most of us were older than we'd like to admit)laugh is testament to how empathetic she was and, yes, the Breakfast Sandwich was...
