McDonald's — Restaurant in Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac

I Ordered extra on everything and they charged me but didn’t put anything extra …I ordered extra onions and pickles we got 4 McDoubles and none had even 1 pickle on it, they didn’t give any sauce for the 2 kids meals even though when I ordered, it asked me to chose my sauce and I also paid for extra so I went to ask for some and the girl gave me 2 . I asked her for more because we ordered quite a bit of stuff that required sauces and the girl was rude and acted like she didn’t understand me saying can someone talk to her I don’t understand then walked away , yet I speak French as well ,the manager came and gave me more and fixed 1 out of 4 burgers I heard the girl being rude and complaining in French on the side about how I kept coming … Like girl if you don’t like your job then don’t work there,me and the kids were uncomfortable…. The coffee was terrible . The bathrooms are disgusting.,. There’s no wonder they are looking for people to work , I wouldn’t want to work in an environment like that either ., I’m extremely disappointed with my experience there , I’ve been in the car all day with 3 hungry and picky kids ., if you cannot add extra then don’t charge me for it and then act rude when I ask for my...

Stopped while travelling through. Order taken…20 minutes later there were no new orders and 9 orders waiting to be filled.

Guy on fries had them stacked full in fry holder area…whole time I was there. 25 min wait and three after me got their orders…I approached and asked about my order

Burgers had been sitting in a bag for awhile…and they gave me the fries…checked bag and they were cold! Asked for new fries…another wait. Back to vehicle (now been 1/2 hr)… Cold burgers with wrong condiments and fries I had to switch and no ice for pop.

Place was not clean…fellow on cash friendly…but doing cash, coffee, milkshakes, ice cream and also apparently filling orders….

Total waste of travel time and a disgusting cold meal.

Worst service I’ve had in McDonalds…would...

After driving for 8 hours we stopped to get fuel and some food. Was somewhat busy but nothing crazy.. ordered a double grand bacon Big Mac with a pouting and mcnuggets. Came to $34 waited around 5 mins for the food. Some lady pushed through me to get a lid and spilled her pop and coffee all over me. I'm mad so I grab my food and get back on the road... I'm headed to nova Scotia and towing a 28ft trailer... I open my food and there's no bacon on the burger and it's a single. There were no nuggets as well. At this point its pretty hard to turn around but mcdonalds got a free 15$ out of me. $15 min wage it way too high for these incompetent employees who cannot follow simple...
