Naples Pizza — Restaurant in Tecumseh

I would like to thank ACE, the new owner of Naples Pizza at OLDCASTLE on NORTH TALBOT. If I were able to rate past 5 stars,I would give her 10!

Last night I was craving subs. I used to live with my parents in Harrow and we'd always order naples garlic bread and assorted subs. About a year ago I lived in the same location, Just off of North Talbot at in the subdivision and at that time the location had been under renovations and looking for new owners. But on the website their location was still listed and their menu was not updated nor taken down.While looking on their website last night I was trying to find subs and notice that the naple pizza Dougall location does not serve subs, other county location did and Oldcastle on North Talbot. I had called the number which was still the same number listed from before and Ace answered. I was very excited and surprised that someone had answered.I told her I lived in the area and moved out October 1st. She had told me that they had opened up on november 1st. I placed a pick up order the, "2subs for the prices of 1",I got assorted subs extra saucy. When picking up Ace greeted me and I told her how excited I was that her locations was finally open because its the closest to my home, and that their menu offered everything! I went to pay and had to split my payment because I had cash and the rest on credit, her debit machine was having a malfunctionband she told me dont worry about it and see me next time! XO Not only did I receive excellent serve But the subs were delicious.The bread was a perfect crisp and the deli meat was fresh.She had put the sauce on the side for myself to dress myself. I like it saucy:D But I like the fact that she put it on the side to ensure that the bread didn't get soggy in case I didn't want to eat both subs at the same time, very smart! I love coming to Naplez and usually go around two or three times a month. The customer service is great and the lady that works there makes me feel like I’m back home in Italy! The poutine is a great option and they give a good portion for the dollar. The pizza by the slice is my favourite as I can just come in and grab a slice. The slice is about 5$ and some change but it is massive! The crunch is perfect and it is always served fresh out the oven from what I can tell. The only complaint I have is that two or three times the food was given to me cold but that wasn’t much of an issue and it rarely happens so it’s fine. I’m very happy they renovated the menu and added variety to it as now you can get basically anything. The 2l bottle sodas are also cheaper than many places as it’s 4$ and some change. It’s a great business and I’m not sure if it’s family owned but if it is than they deserve all the props. The average wait time in my experiences is around 15 minutes depending on what you order. This place is awesome and reliable, I just wanted to leave this review to show appreciation as I think they deserve it. Keep doing what you guys...

It is exciting to see that this location got a nice renovation! Their service is excellent, pizza was delicious and the new owners are very nice! Got some fantastic & delicious pizza, wings and fries. The pizza was perfect, the wings were nice and crispy and the fries are MUCH BETTER than McDonald's, Wendy's and BK combined. They are exactly what you expect from fries, if not more than that. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with the perfect amount if crunch that you think you're eating chips. The wings were pretty good, as they were nice and hot. Tasted better than wings from other places like Capri Pizza. Being nicely battered, you can taste the difference that their crispness and texture are superior to other restaurant wings. Also my compliments to the pizza maker for their phenomenal work of art, they really did a good job! Overall, I would say that my experience was very good and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying out Naples Pizza if you have not before. P.S.: Their garlic sauce (which is not shown)...
