Long wait for food and the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced! Don’t go! We ordered the Pickerel dinner and were told there would be a 25 minute wait. One of the employees left and ran across the street to the grocery store. After waiting 40 minutes we went to the window to ask how much longer and were told it would be 25 more minutes. It was an exceptionally hot day and we had already been there an hour with the time it took to order. There is no indoor seating and no one was cleaning tables. When we asked for our money back we were told that they had already thawed our fish. Perhaps that is why they went over to the grocery store? We ended up getting our money back minus the tip with great difficulty. Their attitude was horrible and they were all rude and sarcastic. We cannot believe they are still in business. I'm not sure why this place has such poor reviews. My friends and I stopped here for a bite to eat while on our way up north and had a wonderful experience.

I ordered the crispy chicken poutine & mozzarella sticks. My partner ordered a double Theodore burger. Our friends got a poutine and a regular burger.

Everything was delicious! The burgers were especially tasty, I kept sneaking bites of my partners burger lol. Wait time was standard - I think it took about 10-15 minutes to prepare all our food. It's not a gross fast food place (it's a chip truck, you have to be patient) so don't expect your food to be instant. They have picnic tables outside for you to eat on if you want to eat outside too.

We'll definitely be stopping here again next time we head...

Ordered a poutine, 2 pogos and 2 pop. The gravy was on the top center area of the fries, the middle & bottom fries were dry. The gravy was full of clumps and tasted weird. We asked for a little container for the pogos, she said she couldn't give us a container because of paper costs but pulled out a box and sternly told us not to throw it in their garbage. All we really needed was a little container to put some ketchup/mustard in. Didn't appreciate the food or the service. Will not be returning. $30 for coagulated gravy and an awful...
