Long wait for food and the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced! Don’t go! We ordered the Pickerel dinner and were told there would be a 25 minute wait. One of the employees left and ran across the street to the grocery store. After waiting 40 minutes we went to the window to ask how much longer and were told it would be 25 more minutes. It was an exceptionally hot day and we had already been there an hour with the time it took to order. There is no indoor seating and no one was cleaning tables. When we asked for our money back we were told that they had already thawed our fish. Perhaps that is why they went over to the grocery store? We ended up getting our money back minus the tip with great difficulty. Their attitude was horrible and they were all rude and sarcastic. We cannot believe they are still in business. We recommend going 10 minutes down the road to Latchford. The people at the chip stand there are wonderful! The food in Latchford was delicious, responsibly priced and the service was outstanding!
