Stopped for lunch while travelling through. The woman taking our order was the best part of our experience….took a bit of time to get our order (and the orders ahead of ours) because the guy building burgers was too busy talking to the girl organizing napkins and ketchup beside him. Had to ask for napkins, straws and ketchup (same for the other two tables dining in). Hard to find a seat as almost every table was visibly NOT washed although we were the 2nd of 3 tables to eat during our time there. Garbage was overflowing with fries all over the floor in front. Our food wasn’t bad, fries cold. Woman who had taken our order had come out for her break….she immediately put her tray down and went to get a broom and cleaned the mess at the garbage as soon as she saw it. My son went up to counter to ask for a bag to pack up his food. The same girl was STILL just organizing ketchup and napkins and the woman on break had to radio her on her headset to tell her “the little boy is talking to you” before she acknowledged him. The final kicker however, was when I went to use the restroom before leaving, just to find not only the typical mess of toilet paper on the floor, but a HALF EATEN SANDWICH on top of the garbage lid for sanitary products inside the stall. I work in the industry, so I understand 100% how hard it has been the last few years to maintain staff and everything that comes with it. I also travel alot so I’m in and out of many restaurants….I have NEVER written a review before, but Harvey’s New Liskeard, you took the cake today!! Do better! And to the woman working front cash and was trying to take her lunch break…I hope you see this or hear of it and know that your efforts and hard work were noticed and appreciated...
Read moreIf I could give negative stars for the restaurant I would. They've renovated, reopened, and immediately hired a bunch of people who just don't know what they're doing. But from what I'm hearing from people who actually go to the back and work on the back, that back kitchen is ALREADY destroyed, grease is everywhere and it's almost like you guys already need to close down and reopen all over again. I know that every single person that has went back there to do some sorta work has all stated they will never go back to that restaurant, and you guys literally just reopened. Extremely disappointed, as that was my only location for a decent buffalo poutine.

Read moreWorst fast food restaurant you can go to. We were 9 people, everyone placed their orders and started to customize. Even though the order was prepaid, they didn't hand-over the orders as they go. When asked that how would they know which order belong to who? Worker said that she is giving to the person who took the order and he knows. At the end they gave us all the orders mixed into two bags with no marking or any way to identify whose order is where. Now when we complained about this, the supervisor said: I don't know, it's her fault. She was clearly new and the senior member stood beside her, as it was her job and he didn't have to help or guide. When it was all messed up, he simply blamed her.
