Placed an order at 3:30 and were told it would be ready for 4:30. On arrival there was around 10 people in queue, by 5:30 only a handful of them had received their orders and there was now more people waiting inside and a line up of around 10 outside as well.

Rather than disconnecting the phone and clearing out the waiting customers the hostess continued to take phone calls one after the other. She must have taken around 30 phone calls and told the customers it would be an hour and a half wait for their food...goodluck with that, they'll be eating by 9:00 if they are lucky Also, rather the apologizing profusely for the wait and offering an incentive she just blamed the issues on the debit machine and never ending phone line. I have not once in my life walked out on an order, I have almost never lost patience while waiting so long as the waitress or hostess seems legitimately concerned or apologetic. This was a first time I have EVER been that upset at a restaurant. It would have been quicker for me to drive I to the city place an order and drive back.

By far the best Chinese Food in Eastern Ontario, if not Ottawa. We had the awesome Mushroom Fried rice with fresh mushrooms, Amazing Lemon Chicken with real Chicken breast & Great lemon sauce, wonderful Honey Garlic Ribs, great General Tao Chicken, Cantonese Chow Mein, & delicious open egg rolls. Service was prompt with friendly smiles. Had a big issue during our last order for pickup when they forgot our honey garlic spareribs- called back and they responded that that are human. Most filthy restaurant I've ever been in.

Front door was so gross, I almost turned around right then, but I had to go in and give benefit of the doubt.

The whole pick up area was extremely dirty. The keys on the Cash register caked with inches of sticky looking black gunk.

Cook/worker/owner wearing cooking smock so greasy that it was see through and full of food stain( place was only opened 1 hour when I came by)

Made me wonder what the kitchen cooking areas and refrigerator look like!

Did not taste the food due poor...
