Resto La Cité — Restaurant in Thetford Mines

Dinning here, I thought it would be great with the 4.6 stars for here.. I was mistakenly wrong. We were rushed around for table and a seat. Our waiter was at our table for enough time to take the order, then leave. Clearly, I would have thought understaffed... but the food, I was excited to see butterfly shrimp on the menu, as usually they are delicious! This was not the case. There was some weird soggy topping, shrimp that is overcooked and rubbery, and a better sauce that was flavorless. When it came to getting the bill, it took over 45 mins, as again our waiter was so busy, and didn't make it back to our table. There are also no pictures for what was served, but we had 6...

La Cité is a place you never finish your meal as it's way too big. Some love it some hate it. I enjoy it. Food service was good but Wine service was terrible. ( Bring your own wine and beer).
