Burger King — Restaurant in Thunder Bay

AVOID THIS LOCATION 100% ALWAYS I placed an order through Skip the dishes. The Whopper with Bacon was inedible. The bacon was 100% raw. The bun bottom was saturated, not with oil/grease but with water. My first bite I realized that it tasted funky and was cold, the second bite I noticed the gross texture of raw bacon blended with the soggy bun. Raw "actually raw" is not okay! In fact, I believe it is a serious health concern! I phoned the manager Kevin, he was polite and professional. He offered 2 replacements when I am in the restaurant next (which is fine) He also said that he will speak to his team about it. I am providing these photos to help him convey the point!

Update - 1 year later - 1 star again!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION 100% ALWAYS Someone at this location is adding, , , , extra things to the food!!! It's straight up nasty - This has affected my impression of all locations - Some things are just too gross and wrong. I ordered a Flaming whopper combo - it was just a normal whopper combo that arrived. The Whopper itself was fine, the onion rings were cooked, but just barely. The Original Chicken Sandwich was ordered with extra mayo - it arrived with barely any mayo and an unexpected ingredient on the bottom of the Chicken patty. There was a very thick, greasy white substance smeared onto the patty right in the middle of it. I attempted to scoop some off for a closer inspection to realize just how thick and well adhered it was to the chicken patty. It pulled the breading off with it, like a big greasy scab. It was firm on the bottom from being cooked, yet in the center of the "patch" it was a, , , creamy puss like consistency - nothing like mayo, not quite like cheese. I have no clue what it may have been, but I do know that it is not supposed to be there!!! If I hadn't already eaten the Whopper and part of the onion rings before discovering the mystery substance on the Chicken Burger I would have discarded the entire order untouched!!! I recently visited Burger King and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The drive-through service was incredibly fast, making it convenient for my busy schedule. The manager, Kevin, stood out with his exceptional character and appearance. He is a friendly and approachable gentleman, always wearing a warm smile. Kevin's polite demeanor and gentle manner made the visit even more pleasant. He was attentive and ensured that each customer received top-notch service. I was refused service at 950pm, assuming they were open until 11 as it was stated on their sign. I questioned, because the sign says open until 11 to which I was told “yeah that’s are drive through” and asked why the sign didn’t specify that and was met with an “I don’t know” as she closed the door in my face. I Went through the drive through and inquired about the dining room, was told “it closes at 10pm, so it’s closing up right now.” And when I asked why I was refused service 10 minutes earlier I was just given a “oh sorry about that.”
