Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Thunder Bay

I’ve had numerous problems with this TimHortons location. I’ve given them multiple chances and have reached out to managers/supervisors expressing my concerns but they don’t make any changes to help. I’ve ordered multiple times waiting in a 20minute drive through to grab some bagel's and soup. They either give me the wrong bagels or give me none at all and I have to waste gas to go back and have my correct ones made (which 90% of the time they ran out of the kind I wanted but didn’t let me know), Or they’ll mis-hear me (which is completely understandable) and I go inside instead of waiting in a drive threw again to get my missing bagel, but since they misheard me I now need to stand inside for another 20 minutes with a line out the door to pay for the bagel I should have gotten in the first place (and have melted drinks now!). It’s very frustrating and not something that’s only happened once or twice, it’s been the last 3 times i’ve went in a row so far and wasted gas going. They need to train their employees better or at least compensate their customers in some sort of way for wasting gas when they should’ve gotten...

I am very frustrated with this Tim hortons the service I got from the lady behind the counter was incredibly rude. I got there around 9:15 this evening my husband and I had been driving for around 10 hours and were looking for a quick stop for food on our way through. I went in and I tried to order grill cheese first and then the lady rudely explained the grill is off because they close at 10. So I simply ordered a sandwich that I told the bread could not be toasted. I said okay that's fine at this point I just need food. I then tried to order chili then I was told they had no soup because they close at 10 I then tried to order a wrap wasn't able to get that either. I then attempted to order a bagel which I could not get either because it couldn't be toasted. Not sure what the issue with this Tim hortons is I have been to others that close at 10 and they have no problem serving me what I am looking for. Literally the worst Tim Horton's I have ever been to. They constantly mess up your order, the staff is relatively rude and unintelligent when handling mistakes they've made, and even if they do get your order correct, they make the sandwiches like they have breezeblocks for hands and never properly cook anything.

I recently moved and have been going to this Tim's daily for 4 months now. Most recently they served me a grilled cheese that was completely uncooked. Also served me a sandwich for my buddy that was less than 1 inch thick due to compression - also uncooked ingredients. This isn't a rarity either.

I think I've given this place a fair chance over 4 months and minor complaints to staff.

I will never go back and I encourage anyone who has gone there to write formal complaints. This location is unacceptable to...
