We had dinner as a group of 6 and found our server to be kind and energetic; however, the food was terrible. Every person at the table ordered something different and not one person was pleased with their meal. For example, one customer ordered a chicken fettuccine Alfredo and it appeared and tasted like it was prepared by dumping some jarred Alfredo sauce on the noodles, it was not warmed up, and topped with two or three pieces of pre-cooked chicken strips. If you looking for a place with an amazing view and delicious food , & super friendly servers … look no further and just come to Cliffhanger in the outskirts of Thunderbay, Ontario … the chef had prepeared the best fresh gravy I have had in a long time with my fries and I have to make a special about our Server - Ms Kelly ( I hope I got the name right ) she was very patient and very courteous in her service and loved her positive vibe … we shall be back to this place whenever we visit Thunderbay again …...

Very polite staff, very professional knew the menu from our questions about the food. Onion soup was delicious hot, cheesy, and had lots of good chunks of onion.
