Beware of the breakfast sandwiches. I was shocked today when I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich, paid the $7 for it, and then saw the staff crack an egg into a microwavable container and microwave the egg for my sandwich! She asked if I wanted cheese, I said yes. I probably would have said no if I had known that it would be a Kraft single! How is there a full service kitchen available to make the bagels, but they cannot be bothered to cook a fresh egg, provide non-microwaved bacon or have real cheese on the sandwiches? After one bite I saw the grey egg inside and threw it away.

I guess the bagel was okay, a little doughy and a lack of jalapeños for a jalapeño cheddar bagel. Can't comment on the cream cheese but everything else was lacklustre at best, and a health hazard at worst. Dine at your own risk.

Bonus star knocked off because of the lack of seating and their refusal...

We just moved to Thunder Bay and had heard great reviews about Dough Bagel Co so we had to check it out. We ordered 6 assorted bagels, some herb&garlic and pumpkin spice cream cheese to go. The staff were very friendly and advised us on the proper storage of the bagels due to not containing preservatives. Storage however was not an issue as they were all eaten within 24hrs. Our second time in we tried their bagel dogs, which were a great little snack. We will definately be going...
