Swaad- The Authentic Taste of India — Restaurant in Thunder Bay

Went for a DoorDash pickup. The guy comes out, l looking like he’s just woken up. He’s like it’ll take half an hour, that too without any manners. Half an hour for a pick up and it’s not even busy there. So unprofessional, please stop wasting people’s time.

Edit: The pick up was scheduled for 5:45. Please don’t cook up lies as per convenience. Secondly, it’s DoorDash I didn’t get paid a penny! Anyway I said what i had to say, please be responsible and keep the order ready and run your business properly or shut down and don’t waste time, fuel, and efforts of delivery guys like us and customers...

Amazing food! We've eaten a lot of Indian food over the years, will be back. We tried some of the staple Vegetarian dishes - chana masala, veg manchurian, butter paneer, pakoras - all delicious. Will be back! Also note that they sell a few dishes on Saturday morning at the Thunder Bay farmer's market....

Not a restaurant. The closing time was 9.30 pm. We were calling since 6.30 pm and nobody answered the call. Worst service ever. Atleast someone could answer the call. They hung up on us thrice. We reached there and saw it was a house. Wastage of time and gas. WORST AND UNEXPECTED...
