Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Thunder Bay

Never order from this store, they are not professionals even. I placed an order at 11pm and received my order after 35 mins and pizza I received was not having sauce at bottom, it was dry and not even have enough toppings. I called customer service at 11:55pm they told me they are sending it but after another 30 mins approximately at 12:25pm I received a call from store to ask some questions and the store person told me that they are still deciding to give me my order or just give credit and after that they hang up and after another 20 mins around 12:53 I gave the store a call and they told me that they are not sending my pizza and just give me credit for 10$ that is not half the prize of pizza I ordered and I told them that pizza is still here we have not eaten a slice of it. They just kept me waiting for my pizza for more than 2 hrs and after that they are saying they cannot give me pizza which I ordered and paid for it pizza is here and not eatable as well. This store is just freaking bad I would like to give...

The price is cheap but the quality is 50/50 I ordered off of uber eats my driver arrived there on time and proceeded to wait for 15 minutes for them to finish my order and in his own words he said “they are prioritizing bigger orders and waiting to do my order” in total I waited about a hour which is whatever I can understand being busy and swamped but when I received my simple order of cheesy breadsticks I wasn’t really looking at them while I was eating them until my girlfriend pointed out they kinda look a little raw. So they caught my attention and in my own opinion they did look undercooked. I used to love this restaurant because they delivered on cheap but yet good food. But after today I think I would rather spend the couple extra dollars and get a better style breadstick. I know people personally that have had hit or miss with this food chain in Thunderbay. I would like to give 0 stars if possible. We ordered the pizza online and we received it on time but the pizza was very dry there was no enough pizza Sause , we felt that someone just delivered a starched dough with very less chees on it. When we called the customer service they said that will send my pizza as soon as possible after 25 minutes the store called me and said that they are still deciding if they want to send us the pizza which we paid for. after 20 more minutes they said that they won't be sending the pizza and they will give us half credit. we also told them that if they want then they can take the previous pizza but they did not delivered our pizza . I was unable to eat my pizza and we were waiting for the pizza till 1:30 am. worst experience ever. will never order from this place again.
