T's bakery — Restaurant in Thunder Bay

London variety is tops for Polish food. Although I go to Bogdala's for my coldcut meats and great canned goods from Poland, London Variety has a super selection of Polish dishes (heat and eat). I’m on my favourites are the ‘Lazanki, Sourkraut and Pasta’, ‘Spinach Crepes’, and the Poppyseed Rolls are fantastic. Love the variety of pierogies and other Polish dishes.

Well my duty for Thanksgiving was to make the perogies but instead I had to go to tbay . So what does anyone do when they are in a pinch? I googled homemade perogies lol and this place came up as one of the best in town and I'd have to say they were very tasty and the last running the till was so nice and pleasant . Oh and the smellllll I imagine that is what like heaven smells like...

Thus is a small walk-in, take-out bakery. I've only had baking, which is always excellent. They also have chili and pierogies, but I haven't tried those. The lady who runs it is very friendly and nice to talk to.
