I pay extra for additives especially when ordering extra whipped topping and they still give you the same amount you get for a Vanilla Iced Capp that is already included with the type of drink you want. I did not ask for a regular iced Capp with whipped topping because a regular iced capp does not include whipped topping. However whipped topping is included in your Vanilla Iced Capps, Caramel Iced Capps and the Mocha Iceed Capps. I pay an extra $0.80 or a total of $0.90. I donāt care for the price, but what I do care about is that they are putting little dollops of whipped topping and when I asked for extra whipped topping I pay for the extra whipped topping but I donāt get what I actually paid for. And neither does anyone else. And Racism and discrimination really has to stop. We the people of Thunder Bay do Respect all the lovely People Who choose to find solice and safety in our city and do realize that they have escaped and found refuge here As the owner of this establishment knew what the community is like and more than 3/4 are family people. Some maybe homeless (maybe like 2% of their customers) but actually do pay for coffee and a donut to warm up. But the people who are paying for extras should receive extra instead of a tbs full of whipped topping. The other service that sucks is that they pay more attention to the drive thru customers instead of the long line of 20 people standing in line waiting to be served but half end up walking g out because the service for the people inside are being ignored or they just donāt make walk-ins feel just as important as a person pulling up to the speaker to order their food. Because if this is typical, I don't get what the hype is all about. Atmosphere: it was clean, but wasn't super dirty either. A woman came in and talked to an employee, then she walked away upset. There was a group hanging around the bathroom and eventually a guy came out asking why the employees were banging on the door and saying he was getting high in the bathroom. I didn't see any employees by the bathrooms while he was in there. I believe it was the manager talked to him about it.
Service: We waited for a long time to order, partly we were still figuring out what we wanted and hung in the back. When we were ready, ask the employees were doing something else, so we waited. When we were finally ready I started telling the lady what we wanted. I'm assuming she was new, a guy told her where the buttons for the order. I felt like we were bothering them and felt unwanted. I told them my 2 little ones orders and then said mine, a BELT combo with hashbrown and water. They asked me what kind of bagel and protein. I answered and repeated combo with hash brown and water. My oldest and husband order. When we got our order, I noticed I didn't get a water or hashbrown. I went up when they weren't busy and told the guy who helped us. He gave me my receipt and there was no hashbrown or water.
Food/drinks: The food and drinks was alright, nothing to write home about.
We left as soon as we could to get out of there. The guy yelling about no getting high in the bathroom set us over and we left.

What's the point in having a mobile pick up area when the staff doesn't pay attention to it?
Wait in line to get a coffee....takes forever.
I placed mobile pick up order before I left the house thinking it'll be ready when I get there...might as well have stayed in line. Same result.
Also, the app said you were out of an item I wanted. I walked in and saw an abundance of them.
Most times when I go in, there is a line of at least 5 to 6 people with one register open. You definitely have the staff to support a second open register. Please utilize it. When there are...questionable people placing ridiculous orders and digging for 20 minutes to find the change needed, open up that second register.
Now, you have a credit card? Why? I don't understand that logic.
This location can be great but it is definitely requiring some changes. The new people try their best but the support for them is lacking.
