Closed their lobby 30m early probably to avoid mopping before leaving so whoever was working could leave sooner. Called to ask why, they said the store hasn't updated their hours yet. Their hours were updated two days ago, they actually are open an hour longer (11 over 10:30), so technically they had closed up an hour early but for the benefit of them being used to the old hours I will say 30m from the realistic usual close time. Genuinely mostly pissed because of them making up an excuse of why over being honest. There's three consistent good workers there. Two older ladies, one Asian black hair n one with short blonde hair, and another young girl who is very petite, dark brown long hair n looks French. Just wanna give those three ladies a shout out. The rest of you seriously need to work on your game. -someome who comes almost every single day for the past year.
Had to come back and edit after going back today and seeing the donuts sitting on the counter where customers could and were grabbing at them. This was at 6pm, during the middle of the evening. I watched as a customer grabbed at one before the workers moved half of the donuts to the back still leaving a few out. Thats when I took the pictures. Read moreI am very disappointed with the manager (not sure her name) as she refused service to me today. I ordered a croissant with butter and cheddar cheese toasted. I asked the lady please toast it with the cheese and butter inside because every time I came here (very often) the butter and cheese was freezing and the bun was hot. I received my croissant when I got home it was cold. I went back I showed it to two ladies one didn't understand me so she got the next lady to come (the manager) and I said would you eat this. She then refused me service to fix or make me a new one. I am very disgusted with this behaviour and I am not pleased with the lady neither she was very rude does not know how to speak. Very unfriendly, they clearly do not care about their guests or how they give their food/drinks. I've had others problems at this location as well...
Read moreWe ordered two Oreo Ice Capps and were instead given regular Ice Capps and not the Oreo drink. We mentioned it to the worker, and she told us she had only and already charged us for the regular Ice Capps—despite the fact that we clearly asked for the Oreo ones multiple times.
We didn’t know about the problem until we got the drinks —but it felt like our order was either misunderstood or ignored. When we brought it up, instead of fixing the issue or offering to remake the drinks, she just offered us whipped cream that she said we had to pay extra for which didn’t really solve the problem.
It was a frustrating experience overall. We were really looking forward to what we ordered, and it was disappointing not to get it—especially when nothing was done to make it...
