I placed an order online, received an email a few minutes later to say my order was ready for pickup. With extra time given, I walked into this place and they had NO IDEA what was talking about. After showing them the email receipt, they proceeded to say, “sorry, we didn’t check the computer. Give me ten minutes” As hungry and frustrated I was, I still showed respect and said ok, no problem. Came back 15 mins later… two women came out to hand me my order but ASKED FOR MY LICENSE first. This is where I got frustrated because this is simply not how you do business. It is EXTREMELY unprofessional to be asking any of your customers for their driver’s licenses.. especially after how humble I was amongst their approach.

The worse part was, the food. I ordered oxtail and shrimp fried rice… it was absolutely disgusting and I am not a picky person at all. There was no seasoning on ANY of the food we received. I’ve never even had white rice that tasted so bad in my life.

Save your time, money, and stomachs.

UPDATED REVIEW IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER

1. A customer is not held liable for how YOUR restaurant takes online orders. If you stop online & delivery at a certain time, make sure the website doesn’t accept orders as well. Also, it was YOUR employee who apologized for “not looking at the computer”
2. Again, third party or not, it is not the customers fault how you decide to run your business.
3. Granted, I was given FREE white rice.. as you should for all the confusion.
4. Your policy should then be advised to the customer and clarified PRIOR to checkout. Again, this is not the customers problem. Speak with your third party in regards to that.
5. it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been in business, the quality of the food I received was simply TASTELESS. If you’ve been in business that long, your food should be ON POINT no matter what.

As a business owner, you should be thanking all of your customers for their honest reviews, even if you don’t agree with it. That’s how you succeed!

This place has some very rude waitress . They treat you like you owe them money and are late on your payments . Totally uninterested in servicing the customers. I’ve been several times and more times than less the service leaves much to be desired. This is the last time for me and my friends. We arrive there on a weekday around 8.45. The waitress came over after taking her time and watching us from a distance . Finally she came over and took our order 10 minutes later. We ordered wings. Five minutes later she came and said that’s the last order of the day and kitchen is now closed. It’s around 9.10 pm. Your schedule says you close at 10.30. We received our food st around 9.20. We just started to eat and the waitress came over and very rudely said hurry up eating cause they wanted to close. When we mentioned the time posted said closing time is 10.30 she yes but they’ve decided to close early in complete disregard to us. We argued our point. The rude waitress went away to the kitchen and expect she told someone in the kitchen cos soon after the owner came out of the kitchen and told us very rudely that we have to leave because they’re closed. We hadn’t even finished eating at this point. She said this is her restaurant and she can as she pleases and we must leave or she will the police. Obviously we knew that was a cheap scare tactic. I think she’s had run-ins with cops cause we said sure go ahead call them. She disappeared in the kitchen until we left 15 minutes later. I’ve eaten several times and it just get worse every time however this time it was totally bad. Never stepping foot in this...

Myself and a few other's encountered this establishment by desperation of being hungry while heading home and Google restaurant's close, CSR was the closest so we decided to go there. Upon arrival, it was quite no car's in the parking lot but ours and another. We entered the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was, as I was seeking a space to host my party so I was very intrigued! Went to the bar to order our food and the menu looked vast but amazing, we ordered a few items and started looking around. The young lady(bartender) was so pleasant and attentive. We took the time while waiting on our food (waited 45 minutes for food)to look around and asked to speak with the manager surrounding hosting my party etc, she was very pleasant and accommodating.

After receiving our food we drove home with is 45 minutes away and couldn't wait to eat as it looked delicious, unfortunately it wasn't. We were very disappointed, nothing tasted good. The lamb was bland and gray, the fried rice was dry and bland, noodles bland and had a weird taste. I ate the wings but even that was forced. We spent $50+ and it all went in the garbage, such a waste.

I recommend going for the bar as that experience was great, but the quality of the food needs improvement along with the wait time after...
