Visit this store for the second time because want to buy some desserts for the kids. Summerhill Market next door was so busy and I was in rush.

So just walk a bit to next door.

First visit was lovely, good service, got a good drink and some delicious cookies. I got to tip him out well😊 the only guy in the store that time.

But the second the girl ( not sure with her age maybe 18-20+) Welcome with the cold hello… I went in and see what they have today. So I pick some Donuts and cookies.

She told the guy (same guy from first time) to put the things that I want for me. I just didn’t like her attitude, no service mind, so I didn’t tip. She didn’t said think I know she expected tip but how can I tip her with attitude towards customer like that. Maybe I look different from her , not look rich or fancy because that area is the rich people live.

So I got my stuffs and walk out, no thank you at all.

I didn’t get it now why take out need to tip, if the restaurant yes I tip them always, at least they need to packed my food put in the bag. Or the cafe , yes I tip because they made drink but just grab the stuffs and hand it to the customer then you expect tip.

Anyway I don’t want to attack local business but I just want to let them know that CUSTOMER SERVICE is very important for business…. If you have good mind, good service, show you appreciate that they came in and help you buy your stuffs. No matter they are going to tip you or not.

This girl should not working in front of the store if she can’t smile or have warm welcome. ( Sunday 16-6 around 12 pm) It makes me don’t want to go back and support them.

And I wondering what is the reason they they didn’t get donuts or cookies out from the one that they show in the front. They got from the back and I couldn’t see what they gave it to me until I opened the box.. this is so wired, I just guess maybe they gave the old donuts and cookies out , not a new one.

I went to Dolce Bakery for an iced Americano and it was delicious; they have oat and almond milk options for us vegans. The coffee was delicious, it had depth and it was perfectly bitter and strong. In the past, I have had their veggie personal pizza which was okay, but, nothing to rave about. I had asked for no cheese, so I guess I was expecting more veggies instead of the cheese, which didn't happen, veggies are not plentiful either. Their customer service though, was fantastic. She was friendly, polite, and approachable, great customer service skills! My coffee experience was great, the pizza experience not so great and expensive for...

Seems like what they wanted they already got so they don’t care at all now... the prices are double in comparison to the one which I saw 2 month back. I was interested in ordering cake and the website showed the cake prices varied from 30 to I guess 60 but now the prices are starting from 65-70. It’s really shocking that how people get attention from the customers and then they change prices! Sad I hoped that this would be my regular bakery shop for Office occasion and for personal occasions!

One star just because they didn’t behaved correctly if they had to increase the prices they should have done it in starting not after getting a...

Appetizing Italian boutique bakery in the Summerhill area. Came in to grab a cappuccino and Italian style cookie. They serve Illy coffee, coffee tasted great, perfect temperature. The Italian style cookie is comprised of oatmeal, fig and pistachio. Cookie was chewy and flavorful. They also serve croissants, macaroons and pizza slices. There is a grab and go refrigerated section with items like whole cakes, cake logs, gelatos, frozen breads and pizzas.

HALF FULL shake!! Ordered a Cookies & Cream milkshake on Uber Eats. This is how I received it. First off it came HALF FULL and its chocolate. Barely cold. Even if the whipped cream melted because of the trip ...this is a RIDICULOUS amount today milkshake to send. Donuts barely have any filling. All dough and dry. Never again. OVERPRICED!!
