To start with, the pizza dough in my order was completely uncooked, rendering the entire meal inedible. It was not just a waste of money, but also left us hungry and frustrated.

The real nightmare began when I contacted their customer service named Bianca ,seeking a resolution. Instead of offering a sensible solution, they insisted on us returning two entire pizzas, even though I explained that five people had already bitten into pieces from them. I offered to send back the eight uneaten slices, but they seemed uninterested in accommodating our situation.

This incident left me deeply disappointed in Dominos Pizza's approach to customer service. They failed to understand the inconvenience and frustration caused by their uncooked dough and unreasonable demands. As a long-time customer, I expected better from a reputed pizza chain.

I hope that Dominos takes this feedback seriously and addresses their uncooked dough issue while also reevaluating their customer service policies. Until they can assure me of a better experience, I find it difficult to consider ordering...

I had a very disappointing experience with this Domino’s branch on Saturday evening. We placed an order and it took about an hour to be delivered. According to the order tracking, the pizza was ready in 20 minutes, but even though we were in 7min drive, it took more than 40 minutes for the driver to deliver it.

The driver had three deliveries in one run, and ours was the last one. The order of the deliveries was very poor, requiring him to go back and forth on the streets multiple times. The drivef chose multiple very inefficient route, going all the way to the main street/Leslie and then coming back, instead of taking the shortest path. It took him 7min to reach us after we received the 2min ETA text message.

When I called the branch to inquire about the delay, I spoke with someone named Monica. She told me that the store manager was not available and told me to wait, saying it would be ready soon. After a few seconds of communication, she hung up on me! This was very unprofessional and not something I have ever experienced before.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and the quality of the food was compromised. I would rate this experience as one star, hoping this feedback helps improve their service...
