I didn’t realized they closed at 6pm. I walked in the door at 6:01 as the door was open, lights and two guest inside. I chose to come here instead of going to Starbucks as I venture to Jimmys often at other locations. When I walked in the girl working the counter shouted from the other end of “uhh this is my last guest” making a hand gesture then that guest intended to say “OOOHHH SNAP” i work in the service industry. I get when it’s the end of your day and you wanna leave and go home. At this time and need of whole covid personally I would’ve just served the guest. I didn’t even want a latte i wanted an iced tea. I was thirsty and went out of my way to go to Jimmy’s a smaller establishment than to go to a Corp Starbucks which I ended up having to go To anyways. One star is unfair, but as someone who works in the service industry the employees here could really use some training in how to make your customer/guest not feel like they are completely expendable.

I walk in, walk up to the register, there are three people standing in the vicinity a blonde/ white haired girl finishes cashing out or something and doesnt even acknowledge me. The barista was busy with an order but no “hey how are you, I’ll be right with you” about a minute later she finishes her conversation and the drink she’s making and looks at me. I ask for a tea, I dont even leave reviews that much but if you work in service you acknowledge your customer the second you walk through the door.
