Nestled along the charming streets of Ossington Ave lies a gem of a cafe, where every sip is a delight and every visit a warm embrace. This haven for coffee enthusiasts boasts a delightful array of beverages, including the finest lattes and flat whites adorned with almond milk—a nod to both quality and conscientiousness.

Yet, what truly sets this establishment apart is not just its exquisite brews but the unparalleled hospitality exuded by its staff. Among them, a gentleman with a distinguished moustache stands out, epitomizing the epitome of exemplary service. His unwavering dedication to ensuring each patron's experience transcends mere satisfaction is nothing short of commendable.

With every interaction, one is greeted not only with a steaming cup of perfection but also with genuine warmth and attentiveness—a testament to the ethos of this establishment. It is evident that every member of the team takes immense pride in curating an atmosphere where patrons feel not just welcomed but cherished.

So, to those traversing Ossington Ave in search of respite and indulgence, look no further than this unparalleled establishment. Whether seeking a moment of solace or simply yearning for a taste of culinary craftsmanship, this is the haven you've been longing for. Prepare to be captivated by the artistry of coffee and the sincerity of...

I didn’t realized they closed at 6pm. I walked in the door at 6:01 as the door was open, lights and two guest inside. I chose to come here instead of going to Starbucks as I venture to Jimmys often at other locations. When I walked in the girl working the counter shouted from the other end of “uhh this is my last guest” making a hand gesture then that guest intended to say “OOOHHH SNAP” i work in the service industry. I get when it’s the end of your day and you wanna leave and go home. At this time and need of whole covid personally I would’ve just served the guest. I didn’t even want a latte i wanted an iced tea. I was thirsty and went out of my way to go to Jimmy’s a smaller establishment than to go to a Corp Starbucks which I ended up having to go To anyways. Idk if I’ll return to a Jimmys from my experience yesterday. Felt embarrassing and non appreciative in this...

One star is unfair, but as someone who works in the service industry the employees here could really use some training in how to make your customer/guest not feel like they are completely expendable.

I walk in, walk up to the register, there are three people standing in the vicinity a blonde/ white haired girl finishes cashing out or something and doesnt even acknowledge me. The barista was busy with an order but no “hey how are you, I’ll be right with you” about a minute later she finishes her conversation and the drink she’s making and looks at me. I ask for a tea, I dont even leave reviews that much but if you work in service you acknowledge your customer the second you walk through the door. To stand at the cash register and not even be acknowledged is not a way of getting people to feel prioritized at your...

This coffee shop has one good thing going for it and that's the coffee. Other than that the experience isn't the most pleasant. The employees are jumpy and sassy. We asked a simple question of why they don't accept cash out of curiousity as it's still legal tender and he said "beacuse Covid" which is the stupidest respons he could have said. "Cash is dirty" so wash you're hands or use gloves. I try not to use my card and know people that don't use cards so how are they supposed to buy something I asked him and he said "so don't buy it"..... rude, absolutely rude place. I DO NOT recommend this place. Also as a side note I would like to point out that the pattio is right next to there garbage bins... for a place that is concerned with cleanliness this is definitely not CLEAN!!!

This is one of the best places to grab some coffee and pastries and just work on your laptop. The Wi-Fi here is fast. There's comfortable and spacious seating along with lots of outlets which is perfect for studying or working. I got a simple drip coffee and my friend got a drink as well as some pastries. Everything tastes great and best of all the barista is very friendly. He even turned down the music when I requested so I could take a meeting from work. The decor here is pretty nice too giving a rustic and cozy vibe. Mushrooms are downstairs and inaccessible but overall this facility is clean and well maintained. I'll be returning for sure if I'm in the area.
