Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Don't order from here, choose another PP. They would rather give me a half raw pizza than to honour their "15 min or it's free" policy. Today I ordered a medium online and headed out to pick it up. Upon arrival, with the timer at 5:00, I gave him my number and said "pickup." After a quick check he came back asking for my number again. It was obvious he was oblivious to my order and asked me what it was. I could then see a man in the back scrambling to make a medium pizza. My medium pizza? Cashier assures me the pizza will be done in 5 minutes, while my timer read 4:30. That's fine I'm not gunna fuss over a few seconds so I waited, confident they would not have a ready pizza cooked in under 4 minutes. To my astonishment, they pull out the pizza on the exact minute it was due and presented me a half cooked slab of dough. The bottom 3mm was lightly toasted but above that was a blueish gray dough. They refused and said it was fully cooked and I must pay, in turn I refused to pay. This restaurant is willing to harm me n my son with uncooked food in order to save a buck! I don't care about a free pizza, I would of gladly paid for a cooked one, like I do almost every other week. But this was wrong. I called to complain, PP representative was no help so I went to dominos. I took an extra hour before we had our lunch but for some reason that dominos tasted so much better that day.... The only thing pizza pizza has for itself is the 15min or free policy, without that its not worth my business. Based on my experience today I won't be returning to any PP. Instead of letting the pizza fully cook, they took a chance thinking I would buy it. They gambled and loss. They could put that pizza in the trash, maybe the bin will pay...

I would give them a 0. most unprofessional worse locations i ever dealt with, Matthew the delivery driver left my pizza on the floor by my landlords door. My boyfriend and I walked to the location after we both worked a 12 hr shift. When we asked for the driver Matthew he was hiding at the back of the store and the other co worker lied and said he was on a delivery, but we can see matthew was hiding at the back of the store. the 3 workers was laughing like everything is a joke and ignoring the customers coming in the store. i left specific instructions for my delivery and they ignored everything completely also they delivered when my boy friend was trying to talk to the workers there they were ignoring him. it took them 15 minutes to give him a copy of the receipt. there was an uber driver was trying to pick up his order at the same time and he didnt even leave with an order because he kept asking them if his order was ready and the 3 workers was ignoring him so he left after waiting 15 mins with out his delivery order. this franchise needs to be taught health and safety and professionalism, I already contacted food health and safety, better business bureau and the pizza pizza head office and i will be following up with this because this location covers my area where i live and if they dont care about customers they shouldn't work at this franchise or own a franchise. never pre pay for your order they might leave the food one the...

I recently visited Pizza Pizza and ordered a Spicy BBQ Chicken Pizza. I originally ordered a large size, which cost $20. When I thought the price for a large pizza was not normal, I decided to change my order to a medium size to lower the cost, only to find that the price remained the same.

Customer service was handled by a woman who behaved abominably throughout the interaction. She didn't inform me about any promotions, like the one for a large pizza with three drinks, and didn't explain why the price didn't change with the size change. After I changed my order, she became visibly angry and stopped talking to me.

I later found out through the website that this was a promotion I should have been informed about, which would have prevented me from changing my order. I was very disappointed with this experience and will not return to this branch due to the unprofessional behavior...
