A real mixed bag with this place. 2.5 stars would be more appropriate but I can't use half-stars for reviews.
I went to this Subway for years as it was close to my office, so I was a known regular.
The sandwiches were decent. Nothing special, but generally good, standard Subway fare. I had to remind the servers to layer the toppings evenly instead of just clumping them into a pile leaving just bread at the ends.. (This seems to be a common thing at all Subways).
Too often they didn't have Swiss cheese even though it was on the menu.
The main server, Amita, was generally friendly but would also unapologetically say, "We can't do that" to simple requests. Please understand, I wasn't asking for crazy things, just things I knew Subways should do. Lots of little hiccups happened that indicated they didn't completely know what they were doing, or were trying to nickle-and-dime customers. Examples include:
I had a coupon for a panini. Coupon clearly said "any" flavour. They argued that it was only for the cheapest panini on the menu. They eventually gave me my panini but acted as if they were doing me a huge favour. I filled out the online survey to get a code for a free cookie. The code is always good for 30 days, which is stated clearly on the survey website, but they argued that it was only for good for two weeks. Again, they gave in and accepted it but acted as if this was a special favour to me. I ordered a small drink. I was told they only have medium and large cups. Small drinks were plainly listed on the large menu board. Apparently they couldn't give me a medium cup and ring it up as a small because they do inventory by cups?! (This is the explanation I was given.) But they acted like I was making too big a deal of it -- weren't they the ones making a big deal over a cup?
On the other hand there was at least one time they allowed me to combine two coupons in a way that clearly shouldn't have been allowed. That was nice of them, and I thanked them profusely, but that alone didn't make up for the multitude of other issues.
This location is closed now. I had stopped going there a few months before. I'm not terribly sorry to see them go. They weren't the best... but not the...

He laughed it off and put his hat back on and did not bother to change the lettuce, all in front of a line of customers who noticed. I was in shock and it seemed like I was the only one who cared. I also notice the people making the sandwiches sometimes go to cash people out with their gloves still on and then go back to making sandwiches after they handle money, all without replacing their gloves. I’ve never seen such poor food handling at any other Subway, it’s disgusting to see and should be common sense when considering being clean. Also, they did not mention that their Pepsi (arguably the most popular drink) was out of service from their dispensing machine until after you pay for your combo. When I asked if I could just get a bottle instead, they told me it would cost $0.65 more, ridiculous considering they don’t provide a heads up (I won’t see the tiny sign over the Pepsi button until after I pay and go to fill up, a verbal warning is needed). I will not be coming back, even though I work...
