I am not the type of person who eats out, but Every time I come to this location that means I’m in the hospital and I’m not feeling well and every time I come to this location I’m never satisfied every time it’s always the issue with my order I told the cashier that I am not pleased with my order, I ordered large hot chocolate, and the drink did not smell fresh or pleasing to my nose I even tasted it to be sure that it taste good and it did not taste good. I asked the cashier to change my purchase just to a small orange pekoe she said that she could not change it so I said, let me ask the manager to change it and the manager relate to me that she could not change it either so I said, what am I supposed to do with a large hot chocolate that I cannot drink? The manager then stated if I want another drink I have to make another purchase so I asked the manager if I went to any other Tim Hortons location they would change it but every time when I’m ill and I’m in the hospital I always have poor service at the Tim Hortons so if she could just understand that I’m in the hospital for medical reasons, and if she could just make an exception it would be very much appreciated. The manager then stated that she will not make up exchange and if I want another drink, I have to make another purchase after five minutes of arguing, then told the cashier that was taking my order to assist other customers only it looked like I was getting irate. Read moreI recently visited Tim Hortons and had the pleasure of being served by Tanna. I have to say, she is one of the most amazing and hardworking employees I've ever encountered. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, Tanna greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my entire visit.
Not only did she take my order with speed and accuracy, but she also made sure that my food and beverage were prepared exactly to my liking. I was impressed by her attention to detail and dedication to making sure every customer had a great experience.
Even when the store got busy and the line began to grow, Tanna remained calm and collected, efficiently managing the flow of customers and ensuring that everyone was served in a timely manner. Her positive attitude and professionalism were truly commendable.

Read moreI went to this location on August 20, 2025 around 8pm . I purchased a bagel with cream cheese and a tea. I stood in the store waiting for my bagel as I had already got the tea. I then proceeded to ask for the bagel because I thought maybe they forgot about it. Well to say the least the bagel was sitting on the area where mobile orders are picked up. I refuse that bagel because by this time it was cold and felt very hard. I kindly asked for another bagel which the employee went to get the supervisor. She came and said she can warm it in the microwave and I still refused the bagel which upset her. Her demeanour changed , she was very rude, looked at me like I am supposed to accept the cold hard bagel because she said so. You can take one look at someone and know that they have no idea how to be professional, has no customer service skills and needs training as to how to speak to customers.
