Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

This was definitely the worst Tim Hortons franchise I've ever had. I tried to order the things I usually have for lunch at other franchises, and there was almost nothing there, nothing I eat. Finally, I found a sandwich, but they didn't have the drink I wanted. I had to order another drink that I didn't want, but I ended up ordering it because I had no other option. When I got my sandwich and drink, everything inside the sandwich was cold. They only put the bread on the stove, and the rest was cold, as if it had come out of the fridge. When I went to drink my drink, the ice cap mixture was horrible. I've never had one so watery, it had no flavor, and it wasn't sweet. I questioned the attendant, and she said the problem was with the machine and didn't do anything. Then I took my cup, left it on the counter, and told her she could throw it away because I wasn't going to drink tasteless coffee water. I don't recommend it. The franchise is very small, with no structure, and the employees are unprepared. Don't waste your time and money going to this...

This is the worst Tim Hortons location I go to and does not deserve a single star. Today I walked out without my order. No staff was at the front, when I asked why it wasn't prepared, the staff just gave me a look and without saying a single word to me just walked to the back so I left without my order. Definitely my last day to order at this location.

I always have an issue for every order I make at this location. The whole purpose of a mobile order is to order in advance and your food/drinks should be ready by the time you get there specially for someone who are always on the go and don't have time to wait. 99 percent of the time, I have to make a complaint to get refunded which I find ridiculous and waste of my time. It's either they don't have what I ordered, most of the time, it's never ready, staff have no customer service skills, very slow...

When you are young, confused, and cannot listen, a coffee chain is not a place to work by yourself. Often this location is short staffed, get orders wrong, and the only time I have ever gotten an order correct is late at night. Please train young people better (under 20) and when it is sunny and mild outside like it is today, inform staff that they may not get a full break or higher another body for the day. I had ordered a half vanilla and half coffee and received a cafe mocha (chocolate). I have worked fast food, and if you or your mind is not fast, as a first job (or survival job) this is not the location for you. If the management will read this, schedule more staff on nice Saturday afternoons. Stop being cheap and invest in...
