I have been to this Tim’s multiple times but the past few it has been a disappointment. I usually go on the drive thru cause it’s easier and faster, but the last two times that I have been on the drive thru they make me pull up and wait more than 10+ minutes which defeats the purpose of the drive thru. First time they made my order wrong and I had to explain to them over the intercom that I wanted a sausage English muffin no egg with bacon and when I received it, it was only the bacon with the English muffin, like not even the sausage or the cheese was included. I had to pull over and wait cause they said they would be out to bring me the right one but after waiting for that long I had to come in and the sandwich had been sitting there cause nobody wanted to take it out. Now on this occasion it was only 4 basic drinks, i don’t know why they took so long but they had me waiting on their little window for 5 minutes when they decided to tell me that to pull over and wait for it to come out, again another 10+ minutes and I had to leave my car and come In and the same thing happened nobody wanted to go out to drop it off. I understand they’re busy and all but if you’re telling someone to pull over that you’re going to bring it out and having them wait there just tell them that you won’t bring it out and that they have to come in to grab it. You have employees in drive thru that don’t seem to know what they are doing because they are to busy talking and laughing with other employees so I would have to repeat my order not once not twice but three or more. Then when it comes to picking up my order it’s always wrong or something missing but before grabbing my order you got the drive thru like up to 15-20 min wait. There are times I choose to skip drive thru because the line is so long but going inside is not any better. You got employees standing around one person at cash with a line up out the door. But do you see someone jump on to the other cash to speed up the line no. They just stand there and watch.
