Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Barrhead

Had a very frustrating interacting juts now at tim hortons. I put an online order in and whe i got then of course it's not ready and they they don't have everything. They did not have the muffinni ordered andni had to replace it with a lesser value muffin and then the lady whom was super sick working with my food could not speak clearly as she had no voice from being sick. So after me making her repeat her self 5 time I finally just said what ever. Then the lady after finishing my bagel went to her co work and start talking in there native language then he grabbed my bagel bag made sure to crinkle it up amd threw a cold replacment muffin in my warm bagle bag so it can melt in my breakfast bag. What a lack of respect on there part and poor employment standards with keep a staff sicker then a dog on food prep. Thanks for the flu or what ever u might have given to me. Whenni went to say something to the man about putting my muffin on the warm bag he rolled his eye and slump walked to the bag as I was speak. So disappointed for our small town and tim hortons as a whole. Really need better staff...

WORST Tim Hortons I have EVER been to, avoid this place at any cost. Walked in and "trainee Judy" was sick, coughing and sneezing into her arm, THEN proceeds to cough heavily INTO HER HANDS and gives me back my change. She turns around, and without washing her hands or sanitizing in any grabs our food items!!?? I said quite loudly "I do NOT want you touching our food in any way, you just coughed into both your hands" not to mention handling money without washing them either. She proceeded to put on gloves STILL WITHOUT washing/sanitizing in any manner. Grabs our coffees and puts the lids on with her BARE HANDS. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and disgusting, here's an idea "Judy" if you're I'll don't goto work in a food service industry. Will be reporting this location and this incident to AHS tomorrow when they open and demand an inspection. If she's allowed to work and spread her illness all over the food, what else is going on here that we can't see? Completely sickened by...

The lack of management in this restaurant is appalling. The manager rather sit outside smoking or actually leaves the premises to go thrift shopping during her shift on a regular basis then run the restaurant properly. The staff are left on their own even when they are new and not trained properly. Having to turn away customers because they have no idea how to make food. There is a handful of stuff that do an amazing job here. But the manager and supervisors are a joke. If I was the owner of this place I would be completely ashamed and embarrassed at the way it was running. They run out of food all the time they close the doors early for staffing issues or just because they don’t want to be there. All the ladies do is gossip and cause drama rather than work and create a nice environment for people to be in.
