A&W Canada — Restaurant in Town of Bowden

We stop at this location regularly on our way to and from our weekend spot. The service is always fantastic, the ladies are always happy and the food is always fresh and timely! This location has literally never disappointed my family. We are a family of five, the kids have complicated orders, and they have never gotten it wrong! Last time we hardly had to wait for our order for seven of us and they gifted us free turnovers as a token of their appreciation for our patience. This was really unnecessary because I expected to wait a little bit for our order for seven people But the gesture was greatly appreciated by myself and the kids! We went to the A&W location in Bowden Alberta. The first time through we ordered two mama burgers, fries and a root beer. We drove off and quickly realized we had the wrong order. We checked the recipt on the bag and that was also the wrong order, it also didn't match the order in the bag. We drove through again and waited for 15 minutes while they tried to figure things out. We finally got our order. It was cold, old buns and not up to a&w standards. I asked if we could get a refill since we drank the pop while waiting so long. She said sure no problem. Waited another minute before finally driving off with no refill

Not impressed with...

I’d give zero for service instead of one star….just asked for the New Frozen Root Beer and it came 2/3 Full the young blonde lady at the till. I said that’s not full and she replied that’s how the machine makes it have a nice day. At $4.99 this a bloody rip off and the staff needs more customer service training.
