I ordered a black coffee with half a cup of almond milk and 3 honey on side. To begin with I work at a Tim Horton myself and I know exactly how to deal with customers and how one should be greeted …apart from that I could tell this place was understaffed so I was really patient and stood in line cuz I understand how tough it is. But when I was ordering smiling and being sweet she didn’t seem to be friendly but then I was like she might be frustrated.. but then when she was making my order she took the espresso cup and poured like a splash of almond milk into the cup and I was like sorry I need a little more like can u please use the small cup and she ignored me and just filled the espresso cup((( NOT EVEN FULL))) (((fyi- espresso cups are already really tiny))) however I was like in my mind fine it’s okayyy since working at a fast food place in itself is really frustrating sometimes but then she brought me the honey in the sauce dip container the tiniest of the tiniest container there is at Tim’s which is made for sauce and it wasn’t even Half full like girllll I asked for 3 HONEYY not a pinch of honey. And then she kept the stuff and just left didn’t even listen me talk.. so I just left cuz I was like it’s not worth talking about butt thennn my fam noticed that sheee was smiling and laughing while taking order of a white couple whichhh kinda made me feel like she was racist since no one there was of a colour but I was like naah that’s not it. But too be honest this whole thing made me kind of upset. I have never uploaded a review but this couple that witnessed this whole thing encouraged me to do so justtt so this whole act can be improved and no one else has to...
Read moreMy husband and I live in Bowden, so we frequent this Tim Hortons for the ice coffee and the ice caps. Today (July 2nd, 2025) my husband and I went in to pick up some donuts and the above beverages. There was a girl who served us that we've never seen before, she was quite young. Not once in the entire transaction did she speak to us, or smile. She approached me at the register and I smiled and said hi. She didn't reply, so I told her what we wanted, we needed 4 donuts and some beverages. She stuffed 4 donuts into a tiny bag, which immediately made the icing stick to the bag, then she made the ice cap and slid it over to me on the counter. Again I said thank you but she said nothing and her angry expression never changed. She made my iced coffee and again she slid it towards me and walked away. Had she been older, I would have said something to her about the miserable look on her face, how she never said a word to me, and how she basically brushed me off. I'm writing this review because she was too young for me to say what I wanted to say to her, and I think the management needs to know that regardless of her age, she can't be treating customers like that. If she didn't want to be at work, or if her day was bad, that's not my issue. My husband and I went in to the store as customers, and were treated like we were bothering her. It's not right. Everyone else who works at this location is exceptionally friendly. I would rather drive to Olds to be treated with some respect, and to be treated like a customer should be treated, than to walk into the Bowden location and leave feeling irritated by a server's attitude. Terrible...
Read moreYesterday Oct 13 2022 I went to this Tim’s to order a coffee two cream one sugar and Canadian maple donut! I received a double double and maple dip. The slowest most poor service at this store so you better have at least 20mins to waste to receive the wrong items. Ps. I’d give this store a zero but one is the lowest score available!
More about Tim’s in Bowden AB On Oct 14, 2022 my Service Animal and I enters the store I was the fourth customer inline waiting patiently. The acting Manager (Brittney) came to the counter and while staying behind it strongly said there are no dogs allowed in here and I would have to leave the premises. She first of all should have approached me to assessed the situation and nicely asked to see me. Brittney continued to stay behind the counter as she was now trying to apologize for her mistake while the Service Animal leash my dog (Kasper) wears is always visible and 100% in my control while on duty. The Manager pulled me out of the lineup to deal with me and take my info to pass to the owner and was nice enough to take my order that I had to paid for. (In my opinion it should have been promo as it still took me 20 mins to get my order.) I visit this Tim’s 3 plus times a week spending over $1000 per year at this store. Lastly she took my name and number saying the Owner would contact me and to date Oct 17 2022 it has...
