This is the worst subway. More often than not, orders are made incorrectly. When ordering online they are too lazy to call customers to inform them that they are unable to fulfill customer requests. Instead, they make their own substitutions or just ignore the requests all together.

The app often is incorrect about what cookies are available, and I don't mind when they ask for substitutions. This time, however, the worker that was not working on my order sold the rest of the cookies to someone after me in line ... and when the worker said, "oh no, I needed cookies" told her to "just give them chips".
