We ate breakfast this morning. Food was cold. Asked for over easy eggs and got sunny side steam over. They were rubber. The bacon was see through thin. The hash browns were fast food uniformed fashion from a frozen box, they were not crispy. The waffles were not home made but again store bought. Made with addatives and preservatives, which we are not supposed to eat. Our food came out to the men in the group first, and then the women were served. Even the drinks. The French toast was very good and the sausage was good. The pricing was low, but the food wasn't restaurant quality, more fast food. I suggest the owners eat at a Smittys, white spot or humpty and see what Western canada eats in a restaurant. When I go to a restaurant. I expect made from scratch food, not a cheaper fast food, franchise food. Won't be back. Sulphite, and other preserves are dangerous to our health. If I wanted that I'd have drove to Mcdonald or Tim Hortons. There's a reason we decided to try this place over eating at Tim Hortons in town. The addatives in Tim's food ...we CAN'T EAT. The food here was exactly what it needed to be, well prepared and well received. The fried chicken is breaded with their own recipe, and the burger is homemade.
