Update 2 years later. Same problems continue. Inconsistent food availability. During the summer the cold drink machines rarely work and they wait 3+weeks to get them repaired despite there being local repair people with available parts for an easy repair, during the afternoon they regularly run out of food and don’t make more, so you can’t actually get anything except coffee or maybe the occasional Timbit. And here we are today on a Sunday morning with a very slow service (8 mins to get to the order board and that’s a length of 6 cars) and they are out of egg which means you can’t have anything they make on their breakfast menu, no alternatives or suggestions given. The only redeeming feature is that their staff are very pleasant. Are you listening #timhortons. Do you even care? How bad must it be for others if I only go there a couple of times a week and this happens. Yet another sub par experience at this Tim Hortons. Menu boards showing breakfast (it's now 4pm) is common and annoying. Menu items they're out of again include croissants, chili so no loaded wedges available. And when we asked if it would be 15 minutes to make some more they said that they're not the bakers and somebody might make some more later. Maybe. No guarantee. Why have a menu item if you don't actually have it? You don't have it probably 75% of the time we're in. It's annoying that you never seem to serve food after 10pm because you're 'cleaning' stuff.... but to run out at 4pm? Ridiculous. Plain wedges came in half full containers....
Read moreNot to blame the staff but this location is one of the most poorly managed. New to Middleton from Greenwood. Any of the times since June 1st/2018 that I have gone in I have encountered the following problems: -one of the disabilty door buttons doesn't work and wont open the outer door. -each time I've been in for counter service I have stood there for multiple minutes as only one cashier/server for in-store sales compared to 3-4 employees on drive-thru and never help serve counter sale customers. -Bathrooms are a mess. Taps leak. Counters covered in water and the hand soap drippings. Garbage receptacle full. -On a visit at 6:00pm for a donut and drink with my daughter...almost no selection left. -Today (Monday, July 30th/2018) at approx. 5:20pm I went in the store...requested a frozen lemonade and was told "We don't have any." I said "Ok...how about a smoothie?" Was told "We can't do that either." Employee did ask if we wanted an iced latte-type drink (which I didn't) so we said "No thanks." We then left the establishment. My questions are: Who are the franchise owners and who is the general manager here? This location has to be the worst I've ever visited except maybe the downtown east side in Vancouver,...
Read moreMiddleton Tim Hortons is terrible. There are 3 "adult" ladies that work there and only when they're working do you receive proper customer service, if they're not there you can expect little to none. Coffee is either over sugared or burnt tasting...or both. Last time I ordered food I asked for a crispy chicken wrap, the chicken was basically 2 small nugget size pieces that were burnt...not just a little...they were black! Very little mayo, no lettuce and the one slice of tomato looked like it was plucked from the compost. Orders are usually screwed up and if you go back to get it fixed you are treated like you are putting them out... The bathrooms are disgusting ALWAYS. The garbage is usually overflowing. There's usually flies in the donut case. The drive thru is always ridiculously slow and if its backed up like it usually is, chances are you'll get trapped if you park to go in. If you plan on eating in go alone, space is limited due to all the locals that hang out there all day everyday. I live close but its better to either go to Robins or go to the...
