OK, so if you zoom in on google maps satellite view, you can see the line-up of cars around this Timmies is super long. Well, it's actually worse when you go inside. Today, as we headed up to New Brunswick to watch my son's football team get slaughtered (again), my wife decided that all the work I did on the highway to pass cars was unimportant, so we had to stop and go to the bathroom. She decided to send our youngest into the Tims to grab coffees and snack while she was in the bathroom, because, hey, how long can it take, right? Yeah. Longer than that. A LOT longer than that. 28 minutes. As I sat in the truck pondering the 28 minutes worth of cars that were getting ahead of me, the staff to 28 minutes to serve a donut, a toasted bagel, 2 coffees and an iced coffee. The frozen lemonade machine was broken, and apparently has been for months. The cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired and my wife indicated that one of the stalls was broken as they'd latched that stall door from the inside. So. I've decided I'll never risk my time on this location. Ever. Again. If you've got 28 minutes to spare for a simple order, and want crappy broken dirty bathrooms, then I guess you could go for it, but I will recommend...
Read moreMy first time in Oxford. Decided to stop by this Tims to get a treat. It was a nightmare in there. I could overhear the young guy running the drive thru and he was talking in the most unenthused way, as if he’d rather be anywhere else then having the privilege of a job. I know service jobs aren’t always a piece of cake, I’ve done them for many years, including at Tim hortons, but these kids need to learn how to give basic customer service. I know plenty of people who would happily take his place in a heartbeat. Another staff member was fumbling around and dropping stuff and also speaking to customers with no manners. When I got to the counter I asked for an iced cap and the young lady just replied with “we can’t do that.” No explanation, no apology. I left empty-handed. This location is right beside the big blueberry, and I hate to think that many other tourists are probably having similar experiences. Some major training needs to happen, at the very least with this crew. Based on the other reviews here it appears the franchisee doesn’t care to have...
Read moreMy husband and I just ordered from this location and we were disgusted by the lack cleanliness of the entire store, the staff interrupting each other when trying to work with customers, and the constant yelling to each other from one end of the store to the other. The staff members showed no consideration for one in other. The shift supervisor and the staff member who was working the drive thru interrupted the staff member who was trying to take our order twice!! Then the staff member who was taking our order became offended when my husband asked for a new cup, because he put his fingers inside the cup he was going to use to pour his tea into. The staff member walked away and told the drive thru staff member to serve us. So the loud female staff member who was yelling to everyone finished out order and the young man took over the drive thru. I have worked at two locations of Tim Hortons and have never seen a location as out of control as...
