Wow! We pulled into Vulcan to spend the night and we really wanted pizza for supper...especially so we could have leftovers on the road tomorrow. We are SO HAPPY we ordered from New Club Café!!! Their pizza was amazing! We ordered the New Club Special on a thick crust and a Chicken Supreme on thin. Both pizzas were outstanding: fresh, fully loaded, tasty and the crusts were delicious. The thick crust wasn't doughy and the thin held up perfectly to the toppings. I'm adding a screenshot of their pizza menu but I don't know how current the prices are. I wish we could order from them again but over 12 hours is a little far...even for amazingly scrumptious pizza.

New Club Café omelette is stuffed with veggies and meat, it was good and generous. Attentive service, quiet place with mostly old locals. The interior design is a ride back in the 70s, everything is wooden brown, sprinkled with asian decorations, everything is in good condition.

Everything you could hope for in a small town cafe. The war won ton soup was amazing, my husband and son had the pepperoni pizza and it was also delicious. The decor may be a little dated but it is comfortable and familiar. Very kid friendly and the staff are wonderful.

Everything you could hope for in a small town cafe. The war won ton soup was amazing, my husband and son had the pepperoni pizza and it was also delicious. The decor may be a little dated but it is comfortable and familiar. Very kid friendly and the staff are wonderful.

Great stake sandwich and a one of a kind pizza crust/base.

Pro Good price Diverse menu, I can have stake wife can have Chinese food, kids can have fish and chips and fruit salad. Excellent service some of the staff are young but are eager to please.

Biggest pro I have never had a reason to complain about any thing regarding quality of the food.

That said... Con The food can be slow (when it's Busy) but the owner checks every meal before it leaves the kitchen (so this is a pro also!) What it looses in "fancy" and new it makes up for in tast. If you want a restraint experience where every plate (not talking portion) at the table is the same and you need art on the walls like an apple Bs this is not your place.... It's an older looking restaurant that has outlasted every one els in town because they know how to make...

The most amazing pizza I've had in Canada since I've been here for 12 years. The thick crust is light and fluffy, almost airy in your mouth. The thin crust is the thinnest most delicious crust I've ever had. We showed up at this restaurant after camping at Little Bow. When we arrived at approximately 12 p.m. they had 20 pizzas in The kiln. We watched patron after patron walk out with three to five pizzas at a time. We weren't sure what was going on. After we ate this pizza we completely understood why one would buy so much of this pizza at a time. If you were looking for the best pizza in Alberta it is time for a road...
