I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your Wetlock location. On February 25, I purchased a sandwich, which was unfortunately burnt to the point of being inedible. It was hard as a rock, overcooked, and clearly not prepared properly.
This incident is far from isolated. It has become an ongoing issue at this location, and I am truly frustrated by the consistently poor service. Over time, I have had several bad experiences here, and I’m not the only one – the reviews for this particular store are filled with complaints about similar issues, ranging from burnt food to rude service. It’s disheartening to see that this is such a recurring problem.
When I called to address the issue, I was met with an unhelpful, dismissive, and rude response. Instead of receiving an apology or an offer to rectify the situation, I was asked if I had specifically requested the sandwich to be double toasted. (7 year old son over hears this and says "that's burnt".. ) This response ignored my legitimate complaint and left me feeling disregarded as a customer.
I’d like to stress that this situation was particularly upsetting because I was purchasing food for my children. Not only did this impact our ability to enjoy the meal, but it also left us without the food we had intended to eat. This situation effected us mentally, as we were left with no resolution and no apology for the poor service and subpar food quality.
The lack of attention to quality and customer care at this Tim Hortons is a continuous issue, and it’s disappointing. It seems that the staff have little care for their jobs, and this lack of professionalism is evident in the consistently poor experiences. Furthermore, if there were other options for us in Wetlock, we would certainly be going somewhere else. However, since there is only one Tim Hortons in town, we are left with no choice but to continue facing this kind of service.
As someone who has been a loyal customer in the past, I am deeply frustrated by the ongoing lack of accountability. I am requesting a formal resolution, whether that be a refund, a voucher for a future visit, or some other form of compensation for this unacceptable experience. Read moreWell this was a once in a never experience I've had today at Tims, let me start by saying this place is completely unorganized for what appears to be an abundance of staff.... I'm greeted by (Caroline) the old lady seen in the pictures, she was behind the counter, I place my order for a blt and a farmers wrap w no chipotle, but sub ketchup instead, she looks at me and snaps, "we don't do that" I said what? Serve farmers wraps? She said, "no you can put your own ketchup on it, we don't have ketchup, only packets" I said, you're making the sandwich, you can't just put the ketchup in it, like every other time I've ever asked, no one has ever had an issue but you...she proceeds, "you want ketchup, you put it on yourself" fine, fine ill also take a plain ice coffee. Thanks. 5 minutes later a fully cream based ice coffee comes out, which I promptly returned for a black ice coffee, where she snatches the drink and says, "if you want black say black", where I said in most countries plain is black. Needless to say the sandwiches eventually coming out looking pathetic, pictured here as well, then the same women comes to the table, now cleaning, and says how was you sandwich, I replied not very good, and her quick response was "well I didn't make it" and then she walks away laughing. The blt had 2 small pieces of bacon, 2 very small under ripe tomatoes, and 1 piece of lettuce... Just look at the 2 eggs inside the farmers wrap and the spoonful of bacon bits, not even a full piece of bacon on there. All and all I give the service here an F, the food quality a very generous D-, and the attitude of Caroline another F, if I was her supervisor she would be cleaning toilets all...

I've gotten the wrong order 5 times... or they just don't make it right... this tim hortons is not worth it for coffee in westlock just go to mcdonalds at least you get decent customer service and get the food you ordered... there is so many things wrong with this timmies and they usually don't take feed back well since there's been really no change in a year. Update. Still no change just came in for a sausage bacon breakfast sandwich and it was cold so I came back to get a refund which I was refused. They then made me a sandwich but the completely wrong sandwich. They just don't care and the people they hire get more and more careless.
Edit: just went in today not to be one of those people but if u can't speak English or u can't understand the people who are ordering u should go find somewhere else to work. I shouldn't have to repeat myself 10 times only for them to get it wrong anyway!!!!This tim hortons just goes further and further...
