Upon entry to the building the first thing I noticed is that they have wheelchair accessible parking but no actual wheelchair accessibility into the restaurant. I did wait longer than expected to be seated- restaurant had only a couple patrons seated. When I was taken to my table, the waitress was apologetic. I ordered a smoked chicken dinner- the food itself was tasty. I was told that they smoke the chicken in house and there is a meat case that you are able to bring home smoked meat for purchase. Delivery service is questionable. Delivery driver begging for tips ans my orders are never right. I ordered a pizza combo with salad; pizza wasnt cooked, was completely soaked and soggy and the salad didnt have any sauce; I ordered a club with fries and gravy, and I got charged for the gravy but did not get any gravy. J’ai commandé une entrée d’huîtres nature, sur les 7 il y en avait 2 qui était vraiment pas bonne une senteur terrible, on ne pouvait pas la manger comme ça il fallait que je décolle le pétoncle et quand j’ai mentionné au serveur que ça sentais horrible il m’a dit que c’était les dernières il n’y en avait pus dans le restaurant donc je comprends pourquoi j’ai eu les pourries.. ensuite j’ai commandé un steak de surlonge saignant avec brochettes de crevettes et pétoncles servie avec riz et mon amie a pris riz avec brochettes de pétoncles et crevettes. Mon assiette à arriver avant la sienne sans couteau pour le steak. J’ai commencé à manger, mon amie reçois sont assiettes 20 minutes plus tard avec seulement du riz ? Il m’explique que ses brochettes étaient dans mon assiette par accident! Mais j’ai déjà commencé à manger dans mon assiette et j’ai du lui donner les brochettes malgré la pandémie car il on refuser de lui en donné d’autres. Donc quand elle reçoit sont riz après 20 minutes je demande enfin mon couteau pour pouvoir manger mon steak et m’aperçois qu’il est bcp trop cuit! Je demande alors pour l’échanger et il l’on fait et cette fois ci c’était mieux. Lorsque que je paye elle me dit que je ne paye pas pour les huîtres car en effet elle n’était pas bonne et que j’allais avoir une bière free et voici mes reçu j’ai quand même toute payé.
